“I recently visited this UPS Store on Old St Augustine Rd, Chris was working that day, for some shipping and printing needs, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me with my requests. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. They also handled my packages with care and ensured everything was securely packed. Chris provided top-notch customer service and professionalism!”

I've come there on two separate occasions and for some reason, I never have everything ready for her to scan even though I thought I had. But she's has been so helpful and patient with me. She even takes my phone to solve the problem and inevitably she does fix it. So, thanks, Brandy for helping this almost senior citizen.”

“I have mixed reviews and here is why. Paul who is over the franchise is a great guy. I always enjoy talking to him. Issues with things that normally happen is out of his control because he is just the franchise and he does not make the rules. Paul has always done what he could to make me a happy customer with things within his control. I have been there over 3 years now. I don't plan on leaving either. I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THE UPS STORE LOCATED IN THE NORMANDY AREA OF JACKSONVILLE IT IS A SUNDAY 7/21/2024, IT WAS ABOIT 2:20PM WHEN I ARRIVED. THE STORE WAS QUITE BUSY. BUT THE TEAM MEMBERS WERE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND MOVED THE LINE QUICKLY. AND WITH A SMIKE ON THIER FACES. THEY ARE VERY CONFIDENT IN THEIR ABILITIES.
THE REASON FOR MY VISIT TO THE UPS STORE, WAS TO MAKE COPIES AND SEND A FAX.
I DOWNLOADED AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT THAT CONTAINED 8 PAGES.
ALL I NEEDED COPIED WERE 2 PAGES.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AT THE STORE WERE VERY PLEASANT. THEY GREETED ME & ASKED WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU TODAY. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING ATTENDED BY BOTH A YOUNG MALE & FEMALE AGENTS. BOTH WERE VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, KIND, RESPECTFUL, ATTENTIVE, DETAILED ORIENTED, & COMPLETED THEIR TASKS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
THE COPIES WERE PRINTED. THE FAX WAS SENT. THE PRICE WAS $ 5.45 FOR 2 COPIES AND THE FAX.
I WAS GIVEN A RECIEPT. AND WAS ON MY WAY OUT OF THE STORE IN NO TIME.

“I used to work for UPS and this store is really up to standard. The owner/manager here is awesome and remembers her more frequent shippers and is always a ray of sunshine with helping me what is best for what I’m shipping back home to my friends and family. I moved out of state for the first time and I send gifts home when I miss everyone. The owner/manager always brightens my day even tho I’m coming in sad and homesick. Her staff is always eager to help and very courteous to what’s going on with my shipment and the store overall.”

“Devonte is awesome every time I come to this UPS store. I will drive out my way just to receive the excellent customer service he provides. If I have a question he answers politely. If the store is a little busy, he never shows if he is overwhelmed. I thought my questions were silly, but there is always someone’s question that is worse than mine. He displays excellent customer service and he never talks negative about any customer. Rare to come across these days, especially after COVID.”

I have visited this UPS store hundreds of times, mostly for amazon returns but also for real shipments and packages. The only reason I can come to think why there are so many low ratings is because the general population in this area is moronic, sub-room-temperature IQ. If you don't show up with the shipping label, guess what, you don't get to ship something, as it should be. This store is not here to coddle you for your ineptitude. Everytime I have used this store, I have come with the relevant information, been dealt with efficiently, kindly, and without hassle, and have nothing but positive experiences. My rating reflects the true rating of this place.”
