I just wanted to thank the two girls working today. I wish I'd gotten their names (or written them down because they may have told me) but they were so incredibly sweet helping me get some presents for my sister's birthday. They really went above and beyond and I seriously appreciate them.

It was my first time in Lush, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the products. Jay came and greeted me. She made my first experience a breeze and helped choose products tailored for my needs. I absolutely loved the products she suggested, and I will be repurchasing them. Thank you Jay!
