Very rude and terrible attitude. I guess my baseball hat and blue jeans turned her off. I asked for three Pandora charms and she offed very little in the way of help. Their loss, I will never come back to this place.

I used to shop at the Lucy's in Brooklyn, but they have closed. This is my third purchase at this Lucy's. The service is always excellent there. They don't have a huge selection of A&A. But it is always a delight shopping there. Thank you for my new purchase today. I bought two A&A bracelets. And I also stumbled upon something new. Be back real soon.

Nice staff. Helped me locate the right area and very sweet at checkout. Store looked filled with cute items but I was in a hurry to grab a get well card and didn't have time to browse like I would have liked to.

I went here with hopes off finding something nice for my fiancé for our anniversary. I was lucky enough to come in while it was slow, and got help from Marissa and Tami. I'm not very good at all the girly things, so it was amazing having them there with such great customer service. They explained all the perks and attachments for the bracelets without pushing anything at all, and I feel like I purchased the perfect gift. Will definitely be returning to this.
