The Lucas Honda service department is top-notch. I came in for an oil change and they found a nail in my tire that could have caused an accident. They fixed the tire in less that an hour and didn’t even charge me. I will keep purchasing Hondas from Lucas because of the customer service after the vehicle purchase.

The car buying experience in itself was a great experience & that's where it stops...
I also purchased the extra package for my vehicle....HUGE MISTAKE... & yes, I plan to cancel the cancellable package!!!
The service department is BAD and that's being nice!
Not only can you not make appointments online, the service wait time is extremely long, & they don't do a full inspection of your vehicle(like they said)...
I know for a fact because 3 DAYS after I brought it in for an oil change, my windshield wiper fluid light came on and was completely empty.
Then, 2 WEEKS later, my tire light comes on.
I tried bringing my car in, they said I had to leave it. For a tire light? Um no thank you!
I went to Discount Tire, tires just needed air.
Do yourself a favor and don't purchase any extra packages from them because their service department is not reliable enough to maintain maintenance on your vehicle.

Waited two hours to get tire pressure checked. Service agent disappeared. Walked over to my car and drove away. No one noticed. Never did get my tires checked. Do NOT get service here!
