I always spend too much money here and almost always come out with more than I went in for.One thing, although it wasn't enough to drop a star, was their items are in a different spot than my usual Lowe's. I do love shopping here, although today I hadn't purchased anything so ...... Progress, not perfection.

Lowest quality customer service. We have had a dryer scheduled for delivery 3 times. We purchased this back in December and had an initial delivery and installation date of 22 December. The first time they tried to give us a completely different model from what we purchased. Then they failed to deliver the dryer multiple times in a row. When they finally did deliver the dryer it came without the parts necessary for installation, which were of course supposed to be included. Talking to customer service has resulted in zero progress - we received multiple promises of installation with no one showing up. Finally we’re supposed to have the parts delivered today and now it’s been rescheduled yet again. We’ll see if anyone ever shows up.Needless to say I will never be shopping at this location again, and probably never at any Lowe’s ever again if I can avoid it. I will also be recommending competitors to all of my friends.

GO TO HOME DEPOT so that you have no regrets like me. I bought five boxes of LED light bulbs because I needed nine bulbs. (5 boxes with 2 bulbs each) I would not have purchased six boxes. Well I didn't like the whiteness of the light. I never realized that I was screwed by my cashier who charged me for six boxes until I looked at the receipt and decided on a return. The mistake of walking into this Lowe's cost me $13. 13, go figure. Of course I can only return five- because that's what I purchased, but not what I paid for. Never again. Lesson learned.

We ordered appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave) from Lowes in mid-November and were promised they'd arrive before Christmas. That is why we wound up going with Lowes - they had all of the appliances in-stock at their warehouse and they promised delivery before Christmas...The original delivery date was 12/19. Shortly before 12/19, we received notification that the delivery was being cancelled and rescheduled to 12/22. On the morning of 12/22, after we had disconnected and emptied all appliances, we received notification that the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled, yet again, to after Christmas on 12/27. We were extremely disappointed as we just had our kitchen redone and we were hosting family for the holiday. Lowes offered no explanation and did nothing to make things right.Then, on 12/26, we went to the store to make sure the items were at the store and ready to be loaded the next day. The rep at the customer service counter checked the computer and advised the appliances were in the back - ready to be loaded and delivered tomorrow. Since we had already been burned twice, we asked them to physically check the back to make sure they were there. As it turns out, only the refrigerator was there. Had we not asked them to physically check, they would have cancelled on the morning of delivery again after they realized all the appliances were not there.We spoke to the back-of-house supervisor (who was empathetic and sincere) and he explained they do not know where our appliances are or what happened. They have no idea when they might be received at the store or delivered. They did not communicate any attempt to restock our items from the warehouse or offer any other solutions - they just can't find our appliances. We asked to speak to the store manager and we were told he would give us a call the next day, and in the meantime, we asked to have our refrigerator delivered and we were told it would be delivered the next day.The next morning, after emptying and unhooking the refrigerator, AGAIN, we again were notified that our delivery was being cancelled, AGAIN. We spoke with the store and, several hours later, after restocking and hooking the refrigerator back up, AGAIN, they called and advised they were able to get the refrigerator setup for deliver later that day, which it eventually was. We then called the store to get an update on the rest of our appliances and, AGAIN, we were provided no updates - they were still just lost. We asked to speak to the manager, Chris Hargus (store 0502), AGAIN, as we were promised the day before, and we were assured he was aware of the situation and he'd give us a call later in the day.It is now 8:30PM and we never received a call from Chris.This is completely outrageous. We do not have our other appliances and they have no explanation for where they are or when they might be delivered. They took our thousands of dollars and we're just left hanging with no ETA, no plan, or no alternate solution. We've taken off from work to make sure we were home for the delivery, three times, and we've emptied and unhooked the appliances, only to have to restock and set them up again and again, and there has been ZERO effort from Lowes to make any of this right. There is absolutely no accountability, and the management doesn't even have the time of day to give a call to offer an explanation or a plan to make things right.If you are thinking of getting appliances, I would get them from HD or another competitor. You cannot have an experience worse than we've had. Even if you have to pay a couple bucks more, it is worth it. And we're not the only ones. There is another recent review with a similar experience.We will likely be cancelling our order and starting over with HD. We don't know what else to do. All we've been told is our appliances are missing. What a complete failure of customer service. I have been a lifetime Lowes customer, vs HD, but after this experience, I will be going to HD for all of my home imp
