And every single thing she up she said the price and do you want that do you want that And she gave me attitude the whole time

I selected a whole cart of merchandise, I go up to the registers, no cashiers on duty. Only self checkout open. I’m sorry, I’m not an employee there, I’m not checking out my own merchandise, which with a cart full of it, would’ve been a pain to do. But they had plenty of employees piled into the little manager office next to the exit doors just talking away. Pushed my cart to the middle of an aisle nearby and walked out. Didn’t buy a single thing.You all as a business should be embarrassed. You have many items that are very expensive, in the thousands of dollars. I’m walking into the store passing $13k side by sides, $5k+ riding mowers, etc. and you all can’t even put a single cashier up front to check out customer purchases. Terrible.

Have always preferred Lowes to other box stores due to the experience, availability and treatment of military folks. Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with Tyler at my Lowes location. What an exceptional resource he his. Knowledge, service mind and communication has been far and above what I have experienced at any other big box hardware stores. He was working in the Millworks department

Over the course of the last few months we have spent over 20k here in home upgrades. Every purchase just gets worse and worse. The first time when we had flooring delivered the delivery driver severely scratched our dining room table. I reached out and they said someone would call me back to look into repairs. Never heard anything. Then we redid our kitchen counters. The counter company was awful. They showed up on an unscheduled time. Then came back and refused to install bc they didn't tell us the sinks needed to be unhooked, only that they wouldn't hook them back up. Then they came back a 3rd time did the install but didn't caulk. Then we had to have them come back and caulk again they just showed up with no appointment. Now we ordered another delivery for shiplap. They refused to deliver inside but never told us this upon purchase. My husband is injured at the moment and is unable to lift anything. They did not care and just left it outside in this horrible weather we are having.We recently order backsplash. I'm highly considering canceling it based on how we've been treated by your installers and delivery people.

The assistant store manager Maggie does not know Lowe’s price match policy. She’s arrogant and rude towards customers and give the impression that the customer is always wrong. I was online with Lowe’s corporate to prove that there was a product in stock that qualifies for a price match guarantee. Do you want to know how Maggie replied? “Oh what Lowe’s is telling you is that it’s hearsay”. Oh and it gets better. I actually purchased the product through the Lowe’s corporate associate with the price match discount online just to prove that it is authorized for the price match and Maggie just laughed it off and said “Whatever, we still won’t honor it just because corporate honored it”.So. Folks. If you’re reading this. Go to a different store or better shop at Home Depot. At least home depot has better service.

Went to look for a new fridge filter, asked for help because they weren’t on the shelf. An associate comes by, walks us in a loop back to where we were and says looks like we’re out of stock. He then looks to see if nearby stores have what we are looking for and says one nearby has 30 in stock. The address he gave us was for the store we were currently standing in….. we had to ask six different people to help us before giving up and leaving
