If you are looking for terrible customer service, damaged product, and complete disregard to your on personal time ( missed scheduled appointments). Then this is the place for you. After multiple phone calls and emails to try and speak to a manager no one will speak to me or help me resolve my installation. Apparently all my time including damages is only worth 150.00 to Lowe's.

Always had a good experience here. Anytime I needed something corrected they were right on it. Joseph in paint is really quick, I never have to wait to put in an order.

Went last night to purchase a an electric stove since I just gotten the lowes credit card and the 1st gentleman that was helping me was super nice but sent me to customer service cuz he didn't know nothing about a 20% discount I was supposed to get for getting the credit card then at customer service audrey or Aubrey was putting the info I her terminal and told me there was no 20% discount after scanning my card so I explain to her is a coupon u have to apply so she told me we have to wait for the head cashier ms. Madison that had me waiting a good 15 mins since she was on the side on her personal phone.When Ms Madison finally came to cash me out again she ask Audrey if she apply the coupon out of the book and she reply I DIDNT KNOW WE HAD TO DO THAT FOR THE 20% clearly someone needs more training this was a very bad experience for me and the sad part is I just gotten a fridge from you guys in December.Is embarrassing that your employees can't properly represent Lowe's and have no knowledge of the job they have.It took forever and I'm not gonna lie I got mad when I asked your employees which I told 3 times here is my number so u can find the delivery info and they did not till I was hand the receipt and ask so when are u guys delivering my stove and the process had to be done all over . Disappointed.

I enjoyed my trip to Lowes! The staff is very knowledgeable about any this I asked them. They were a huge help and were very nice and polite. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back again! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and patient making sure I found everything I needed and didn't try to rush me, everything was explained very well and made me feel great that they took the time to help me!!!

Came in on a Saturday looking for a budget friendly washer but more importantly the delivery. The associate was helpful an I didn't have to search for assistance. I selected my washer an luckily for me it was in stock and delivered to my home the next day. I am pleased thus far plan and plan on purchasing the dryer as well.

When I went to that HUGE store today, I was looking for a tiny indoor electronic thermometer with a humidity detector. One of the employees did an awesome job, helped me find it in just a few minutes! Wow!

It always adds to the greatness of the experience when you find the right person in the right Dept. Michael in flooring was very helpful. Every time I ask a question, he would give me an honest answer. A big shoutout for Michael.

Lowest quality customer service. We have had a dryer scheduled for delivery 3 times. We purchased this back in December and had an initial delivery and installation date of 22 December. The first time they tried to give us a completely different model from what we purchased. Then they failed to deliver the dryer multiple times in a row. When they finally did deliver the dryer it came without the parts necessary for installation, which were of course supposed to be included. Talking to customer service has resulted in zero progress - we received multiple promises of installation with no one showing up. Finally we’re supposed to have the parts delivered today and now it’s been rescheduled yet again. We’ll see if anyone ever shows up.Needless to say I will never be shopping at this location again, and probably never at any Lowe’s ever again if I can avoid it. I will also be recommending competitors to all of my friends.
