The stove on a studio is small it works with half of the energy of a regular stove does, meaning that cooking time is longerThe dryer also takes a lot of time.But is a nice place to be at, quiet and it has nice amenities.

I moved to this place a few months ago I thought it was going to be a good place for me and my small dog. Everything was going well up until the month of Aug it has been very hot so my dog got fleas I was told by management that I was going to get my apt treated I was not told by former manager that we get a pest control every Thursday. It started to get worse where I was being bitten by the fleas I couldn't treat the dog until the apt was treated so I contacted management on 8/14/23 never got any response. Next day tues 8/15/23 I finally found the manager coming back from outside told him the problem he told me I will help you as soon as I eat my lunch . I said I need help now the problem is getting worse he said give him one hour to make some calls to see if he could get someone sooner than Thursday he called me before one hour and told me he couldn't get anyone till Thursday so I took it upon myself to find my own pest control they told me they can come out within 20 min I paid out of my pocket 195.00 which the man told me it wasn't a 4 hour treatment which the management told me I would have to get out with my dog for 4 hours the man did the treatment in less than 30 min told me I didn't have to leave just don't walk on the floor too much so it can dry. Ok next day 8/15/23 I was home watching TV on my recliner nodded off for a few min and then starred seeing my TV go black and the light was blinking red then heard noise went over to the TV noticed there was water in back of the TV the air conditioner is in the wall it leaked on my TV and broke it I told management maintenance came upstairs and told me the air conditioner was clogged I told management now I have to purchase a new TV he told me we don't pay for a new TV you have to go through your renters ins. I shopped for 3 hours to finally get a TV to be delivered to me on Thursday 8/17/23 I had to call out of work because I had to be home to retrieve delivery I finally got all my stuff delivered by 6pm I would of liked a more respectful response to this matter so I didn't have to take the necessary measures thanks for your time I just wanted to let future tenants know how rude and disrespectful your going to encounter if you move into this development

The heavy-set woman with curly hair in the front office always has a sour attitude. Very unpleasant to deal with while living here. Not appropriate behavior for a grown woman.

I moved in when the complex first opened up, lived here for a year, moving because I'm leaving Jacksonville. The facilities are nice & clean, amenities are great and maintenance is outstanding. My studio is perfect for a single person and the fact that my utilities were included is a plus. I even had my own washer! My only complaint is that the refrigerator is tiny and can only hold so much. Definitely worth checking out!

Been a resident since 4_2022. Rate was reasonable and community is nice. I did receive an unexpected 20% increase in rate when renewing for this year. While I expected a slight increase I didn't expect 20%. Feels like initial rate was just a loss leader. I only use this 3 days a week for business and the rate is steep for what you get.In addition, way too many texts for people doing things they shouldn't. Feels like a prison sometimes when rules are constantly called out to everyone by text.

Lofts at Baymeadows has a wonderful 5-star home for you, come check it out! It seems like we live in a ritzy hotel. Our Real Estate Agent is so kind and answers all our questions. I feel fortunate to live here, and the amenities are great as well.

I can say the 2 years I lived at the lofts was very pleasant the office staff and the tenants were very friendly and courteous had the best times and if your looking for a great place to call home the lofts at baymeadows is that place.thank you all at the lofts .

Great place to live! My studio is a ***little small** but cozy & neat with updated appliances & a surprisingly spacious bathroom! I adore the storage built into the unit & I like having a patio! The amenities are AWESOME & I say that having recently moved here from Cabana Club & Galleria Club. The Clubhouse rocks & having 24 hour access to the laundromat (even though our unit has a washer & dryer) is a HUGE plus! They’ve truly thought of everything to make this place accommodating. It’s quiet during the day & night, clean, & does a great job of keeping a community feel. Super thankful to live here!

The Lofts at Baymeadows was a great place to live. The amenities were excellent. The complex was very convenient to center city Jacksonville and the beach. The Office Manager and staff were very resourceful in handling any issues that arose. I would recommend this facility to anyone in search for a place to stay.

Heads up, this rental community does not accept tips or commission as income. So if you’re a server or you work for tips in any way, they will deny you based on your $6/hour server pay. Even if you make WELL over three times the rent. They wanted to tell me to ask my manager for a “letter” saying I make more, when my pay stubs show all credit card tips documented, not even including cash tips. Seems to me they’re losing a lot of opportunities by doing it this way.
