Greg Walker for Lifetime Flooring was very attentiveAll to all our master bath remodeling needs. Punctual, many site visits, experienced. Tony's crew, particularly the tile man, are artists who take great pride in their work. All were in, and out, quickly. Two weeks from demolition to completion once the tile came in. Good people.

I've dealt with the folks at Lifetime Flooring twice now. The service and price were fantastic. The quality of the flooring was superb. Rodney, the representative, came to my house, measured, and made sure i had everything we needed to do the job right. The install crew lead by Matt, along with the other Matt and Anthony, were extremely courteous, polite, neat and professional. Not only would I recommend them, I will use them again as we continue to renovate our house.

We purchased 2200 square feet of high quality LVP flooring from Lifetime Flooring in Jacksonville. Our first contact was with Karen at the Home and Patio Show. She was charming and knowledgeable. At our request she sent salesman Greg Walker to our house to talk details. He made many promises for quality flooring, installation, and cleanup services through their store. As it turned out all his promises were met and exceeded. John, Beto, and Junior, through Eagle Renovations, were sent to install the flooring. They were personable yet professional. Their installation was more than proficient and on time as promised. John provided follow-up to make sure we were happy and answered our questions. Such a happy and charismatic guy that stays on top of the job. April, who works in the office, even called to thank us for our business and tie up all the final details. We researched several places when renovating. After speaking with Randy and looking through floor selections, going with Lifetime Flooring was a no brainer. Randy was so friendly and professional and very patient with all our questions. He even brought flooring samples to our home, so we could see how they looked. We also cannot say enough positive things about the management team! Simply a great experience from selection, to installation, to follow up after the job was complete. Everyone was always available to us when needed! None of the call and wait long periods of time for someone to get back to you. Highly recommended and I will be using them for future jobs!

We chose Randy with Lifetime flooring to rip out our carpet and replace our floors with luxury vinyl plank. Randy and his team communicated well and even showed up early (to our request). They did a great job and the price is right. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a flooring guy!

Outstanding professional crew. We decided to do our floor but first we were seeking several quotes. Once Greg Walker showed up and presented a big display of options, detailed explanation of the work to be done and answered all of our questions we knew right then to go with lifetime. Not only it was the cheapest option but also the best in our eyes. Matt showed up and once more explained the process and they completed 2000+ SQ feet in 2 days. John, Anthony, Matt, and boss Matt were professionals moving carefully all our belongings as well as the job itself. Greg came around to see the progress and to see if we needed anything else. We planning to call Greg for future projects, we really happy with our decision. Thank you for your detailed work.

I love my new floors! They really make the space look clean and modern. My rep, Greg Walker, made everything easy for me. From being on time to making sure the pricing was competitive, he was spot-on. Check out the before photo with the old carpet and the new pics with the LVP flooring! Highly recommend!

We worked with Greg on getting carpets installed in our new house. He worked with us to get his crew there the minute we closed so they could get the job done before the movers brought all of our furniture in the following day. His team worked quickly and did a great job! We also special ordered some area rugs with a hard to find custom trim and he was able to find someone to complete the job and get us the area rugs exactly as we had requested. Great company, great employees. We would absolutely use them again for any flooring needs.

Lifetime Flooring did an outstanding job replacing our whole house carpets. After installation we had a warranty issue that Greg Walker solved without any question or push back. Absolutely pleased with the result. Hats off to Greg Walker and the entire Lifetime Flooring staff.

He took a sample of the flooring we were trying to coordinate with back to the store and came back with various options which included our final choice. Could not have asked for more!! I came in not knowing what the heck I wanted, just that we were doing a complete overhaul on our porch and needed it done within 8 days before we had a party of 40 ppl over! My husband did the whole “get it done, I trust you” thing and I was freaking out! Karen completely took my stress away! She pretty much dissected her entire showroom until we picked out the perfect tile.So - Usually you need to schedule someone to come out in a couple days and measure your area and make sure it’s all level and such, then order the flooring (which takes about 6 days) then schedule the installation which is usually two more day out. Well Greg found out that we were having people over in a week and jumped up, literally got in the car and followed me home. Actually helped me pick out the color of tile I should get to match the flooring in our house and walls and walked me through everything!! He had everything ordered and scheduled within 10 minutes of being at my house and had the floors installed with 3 days to spare!!! Lifetime Flooring came through!! I’m so glad I found them and my flooring is beautiful!!!! I couldn’t be happier!
