I’ve been a client at Lexus of Orange Park for several years and always receive great service, with excellent communication. Most recently, when I had a flat tire, I contacted Lexus about repairing it, but unfortunately the tire that I needed was out of stock. Lexus promptly ordered the tire on a Friday, but it would not arrive until Monday, and I would have been without a car over the weekend without their prompt intervention. They knew that my husband had just been hospitalized on the day that I got the flat tire, and they knew that I couldn’t be left without a mode of transportation to visit him. They offered me a loaner car for the weekend free of charge, and stayed in contact with me over the weekend. Thank you Catlin at Lexus of Orange Park for going above and beyond. Your kindness and concern did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate your commitment to excellent customer service.

I bought my Lexus brand new off the show room floor just over 4 years ago. Brett Crawford has been my “personal” service advisor every 5,000 miles from the beginning. He knows I have a crazy work schedule and can always get me in with a loaner, even if it’s last minute. He really goes over and beyond for the customers he serves! I love that he knows my name when I walk in. I love that we talk about the family. I love his positive attitude. But what I really love, Brett is always there! He is one of the biggest reasons I will never own a vehicle other than a Lexus!

From the moment you walk in the door at this dealership it’s a whole new experience of buying a vehicle . Amazing first time experience
I need to get out quickly and Reuben gave me a few options and got me out in 30 mins for an oil change, and tire rotation. They served breakfast and coffee and everything was fantastic
