I am a long time customer of Quik Fix Collision f/k/a Lem Turner Collision … I am extremely happy with the service i received over the years . Our most recent experience was my daughter’s 15 Dodge Charger was included in a fender bender damaging the passenger aide of the vehicle … The shop owner provided timely updates & the car was ready when he promised.
I really appreciate the professionalism of the owner as well as staff.
I will continue to use and refer Quik Fix Collision to my friends, social media , etc..
for their Automotive Needs… If you want it done right the 1st time, consider giving them a call.. I’m certain if we ever meet in person … You can Thank me later ..

Highly recommend Frank, he helped me so well with my car and gave me a good price also have very good customer service in the office. It was clean and they offered me coffee and something to eat also. They told me it may be a while because of parts yet they had my car done less than a week.

After dealing with the dealership I left totally disgusted with their attitude, pricing and customer service. I was referred to Quick fix collision, they gave me a same day appointment and fixed my car while I waited. The receptionist Ms Ellen was extremely friendly and polite. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics in the past. I find them to be sketchy but I didn’t get that feeling from Frank. All in all I give them a 10/10 and will definitely be dealing with them for any and all of my future car needs..

Quick Fix collision has helped me out tremendously with fixing my car and getting it back on the road and driving again. They were very respectful when dealing with me and did their best to find an affordable solution for the body work as well as under the hood work that needed to be done. Wish I could give them 20 stars! I scratched up a “RENTAL CAR” really bad in the rear, and the front, look at the picture I posted. I didn’t want to tell the insurance company so I called Franko, and In less than 48 hours it looks better than when the rental car gave it to me. It’s a small business that you could pass right by because of how it sits back on the street. The owner put on a side mirror for my Hyundai Elantra. They were professional and prompt. The pricing was reasonable and fair. What the car lot wanted to charge was unaffordable. They also said it would take 3-6 hours to do. The collision repair shops were also unaffordable and not reasonable time wise. Mr. Frank at Collision Repair on Lem Turner fixed my mirror in under 45 minutes and was completely affordable. I would recommend this shop.
