Just finished another closing and once again thanks to Debi my clients, sellers , are thrilled. I’m always amazed how every transaction has its own unique ups and downs and yet the one consistent element is the level of professionalism provided by Debi and her team. They have a can-do attitude and keep the communication open at all times this way everyone knows what to expect and there are no surprises. They are thorough, efficient and also caring. I would just like to share that Jay Rocco made our closing very smooth. We were going through a divorce and the courts ordered us to sell the house so it could have been an uncomfortable closing for both of us but he kept things moving right along. I'm here to be honest... do not use them. The owner is extremely unprofessional and his organization is nothing but chaos. All they do is drink alcohol at events/gatherings. The owner was very intoxicated many times also a blonde woman named Brittany who works for this company. I highly HIGHLY suggest you all seek someone else to work. People with integrity and care that for others . Thank you and good luck.

So happy to have used them to close on my condo. Everything was done quickly, my parents who were not well and were in and out of there fast.I’ve called a few times to ask for help with different documents and both times everyone was very kind and helpful!
