Daniel took great care of us. He bent over backwards to help us choose a sofa and more that would work for us. We took way too much of his time but he was extremely patient and flexible. Can hardly wait to get our new furniture.

My husband and I had a great experience when shopping for a recliner at this Jacksonville store.
Lori was so awesome and went above and beyond to give us all the options, as well as a chance to try out different chairs or sofa styles. She took her time answering any of our questions.
We would recommend this location when shopping for a recliner or any product sold here!

We were greeted promptly by Diane. She encouraged us to sit in every chair if necessary and stayed close by to answer any questions. We were pleased with our experience in the Town Center Store and look forward to enjoying our furniture for a long time to come.

I reached out to the La-Z-Boy store I had purchased from in the past. I am in Michigan and Daniel helped me orchestrate the whole transaction remotely. He was very good at communicating even though they were very busy on Labor Day! I appreciate the customer service greatly! I completed my customer order and have been very happy with this service so far.

Good selection of styles at the store. However, I was ignored for 15-20 minutes before a sales person asked if I needed help. That was after a different sales person had to help me out of a chair that I got stuck in. I wonder if bring a single older lady makes me invisible.

Sherry was fantastic. She didn’t try to push us into anything. What I like the most was, she could see my husband had an injury and did all the work for him. Only showed him the chairs that would fit his build. Overall we had a wonderful 5 out of 5 stars experience. Thank you!

We had a great experience shopping new furniture for our new house. We were greeted at the door by Daniel who was very helpful and friendly. We then started working with Liz, the design specialist, who came to our home and evaluated the room dimensions and our style. She said was easy to work with and very knowledgeable on design. Next we met her at the store and made our final selections for our custom living room. Very excited to see the finished product after delivery a few weeks out. Overall a great experience.
