I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Sylvester Patterson at the Kia of Orange Park dealership. I drive my cars until the wheels fall off so car buying is a very infrequent occurrence for me. I was worried that I was rushing into buying and Sylvester assured me that no one at the dealership wanted me to do something I wasn’t comfortable with. Gave me time to leave, think through things, take a break, come back, and I am very grateful for his patience. I also dealt with Gino Siwali, and while as a sales person myself I understand the person coming in to try to close the deal, he never made me feel pressured, and we were ultimately able to come to terms on a deal that I was comfortable with. I likely would not have finalized this purchase if not for my comfort level with Sylvester so he can be credited for doing a great job.

I had to wait too long for my service line to check out. Nobody could find him came in to check out cars for a $25 Publix gift certificate and they didn’t want me to have the certificate was not a very pleasant visit.

I bought a 2024 Kia Sorento Hybrid at this dealership and it was an excellent experience overall. Everybody there was very helpful and courteous. They were very straightforward and reasonable to communicate with also. Thank you Andrew Thomas for helping me make this purchase easier and fighting to negotiate to make the price meet my limit.
