My 5 star review is solely for Mary, Mike, and Mallory! Mallory was sweet, awesome, and very patient with me when we had to reschedule our appointment! Mary was a doll and would answer as many questions as she could when I called! Everyone was so friendly and quick to help you! Customer service was great as well! Mike was the technician sent to help with the floors! As soon as he came, he went straight to work and our floors were done in two days! It took two days due to the moisture barrier and sealant having to dry. He had a smile on the whole time and was such a pleasant and joy to work with!
Mike was super friendly, professional, easy to work with, and got the job done as soon as possible! He is very skilled in his work and as I was watching him, he did everything with so much precision, that I was impressed! Our floor looks new!!! The carpet was not changed out but after he was done, I stepped on it and it felt like a brand new carpet! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on Google and some here but from my experience and experience alone, it was great! I asked him so many questions (Sorry Mike!) and he answered each and every one without hesitation.
I will say that scheduling with Just Floors may take a bit of time so you do have to nudge them occasionally. But once a technician comes out and actually does the work, it’s quick. Definitely request Mike! I highly recommend him and he’s been in the business for years and knows exactly what he is doing! Thank you Mike, Mary, Mallory, and the team for making our floors look good as new! We appreciate you all and Just Floors!

Update: Apparently, theyve had a lot of transition with employees in the last 6 months or so. I finely got ahold of the manager and he took my order, verified it in the warehouse, and told me to come in for pickup. As a result of finally getting a resolution, I'm updating my review to be fair. Everyone was pleasant and helpful as well.
My builder used this company for tile install. I need extra materials for repairs and I ordered in July. I was told they would call me back with order information.
Fast forward to October, never got a call and the person that took the order was on leave. I eventually got ahold of the manager and he claimed to have put a new order in. He "promised" that despite the previous issue that they would call me and let me know when the order comes in.
Fast forward to January 25th (a new year) and still no call back from this company. I call to inquire several times and the manager is "in meetings", "out in the field", and otherwise unavailable everytime I call. After explaining the situation, the receptionist has another coworker check to see if an order was placed and there is no record on file.
I would 100% NOT recommend this company. They don't follow up with their customers and they promise they will deliver on things to no avail. I am super easy going and give a ton a grace, but even I have hit my limit. All they had to do was order a few boxes of materials and 6 months later--NOTHING.
If you have the option, find another company!

I would never recommend this company to do anything i in my house or anyone else house. They talk to you like you've done something wrong.

This company set not one but two appointments ( one a Monday and then on the owing Wednesday) to repair cracked tile and cracked grout in my new construction home. They didn't show up for either appointment. Each time I called no one had any answers as to why. Each appointment was set with a three hour window. I was off for the holiday so I was able be available when they could come and NO one showed. Over an hour after the second missed appointment but within minutes of my call complaining a Field Manager arrived. He said he had no ticket and no information about the appointment. He could only do half of the repairs. Now I have to take off of work to get the remaining repairs made and they cannot guarantee that someone will show up for the appointment. If you value your time you may not want to use this company. I had no choice because my home was a new construction and the builder, Lennar Homes made the selection.

Wrong carpet out in house. Replaced with cheaper carpet. Out of state do not work with company unless you are there to see their work. Left a mess in my house

Do not use this company. I requested my floors to be stained with the original stain with a gloss finish. Now my floors are 2 shades darker with matte finish. I was charged for shoe molding which was not replaced. It took them 7 days to complete the job but I was initially quoted 2 days. Due to their lack of scheduling my job started a day late. They also left my house filthy with dust everywhere. They removed my dishwasher and placed it on my balcony but did not put it back in place. I am very dissatisfied.
