I took in my 2008 Mazda in to get a checkup the checkup itself was affordable but the final estimate was over $6,000 and we took the car home without any work being done come to find out most of the stuff that they said needed to be done wasn't actually needed or has at lease a year of use left my grandfather that is a retired macanic told me I was being ripped off and now I've found out the engine covers that I can confirm were there when taken in are missing and they're the only ones that have worked on the car I'm still waiting on a call back to see if they have them. I wouldn't recommend this shop and if you do take your vehicle in double check everything.

A little over a year ago, I had my car battery die and I had to find a last minute place to change out my battery so that I could make it to work. They were extremely nice, helpful, efficient, and a fair price. Fast forward to a couple months ago, I hit a pothole and had an air bubble on the sidewall of my tire. I completely understood that they didn’t have my tire there and I dropped off my car there when they opened at 7:30am for the one tire change. Pricing was still great and they originally told me the car should be done around 2pm at the latest. They had trouble with the delivery of the tire and the owner made it known that they did talk with the delivery person and I completely understood it was not their fault. I was frustrated that I kept having to call after 2pm to see how my car was going and didn’t end up getting my car until 5:30pm. I was frustrated at the lack of communication with me because it was interfering with my work, but I did understand that it was not their fault and with the good experience the first visit, I didn’t want to let it deter me for further work on my car. Fast forward again to this week, I called to schedule an appointment to get my A/C looked/fixed and the person I spoke to scheduled me for today and told me that I would be able to pick up my car at the end of the day. I call this morning to see if I can bring my car in a little early to just drop it off and not only did they NOT have me down on the schedule, but they said they wouldn’t be able to have my car looked at/done until possibly the end of the day tomorrow. Once again, I do think the workers there are nice and that their pricing has always been fair BUT I’m extremely frustrated about the lack of communication and now my appointment not even being in the books. It’s very hard to coordinate transportation when also having to coordinate my work schedule and now I plan on using a different shop.

Jose and his team did an outstanding job! They were upfront and transparent about necessary repairs, pricing, and how long it would take. Not once did I feel like I was being ripped off or scammed, and they did excellent work on my mom’s car. They even worked with me from across the country and gave me a secure link for payment, which they received immediately. I won’t look anywhere else when I need work done again.

Great customer service and affordable prices. They provide photos of areas of the car after inspection, free Uber rides within 10 miles, and allow you to drop off the car early/pick it up late.

Excellent customer service!!!! Our engine was misfiring and we knew it needed to be fixed asap. My husband and I walked in that morning and Jose was extremely helpful. They take their time to properly inspect your vehicle and recommend any repairs that are needed. Definitely recommend!
