The waiting area was clean, staffers were very polite and friendly. Phone calls were informing about questions that I had asked. Also text messages were informing me about when the job would be done. However the job was finished earlier than expected. Thanks to Ms Ashley, Joshua and the other employees that I have met and have the opportunity to speak with. Job well done!??

I was very satisfied with the work done by Joe Hudson on my Subaru, they did a beautiful job. Customer service was also top notch, my advisor Joshua was very helpful and kept me well-informed about each step of the repairs. I would highly recommend this shop. I don’t have any photos of the vehicle before the work, but there was extensive damage to the left rear quarter panel, bumper, left rear wheel and a lot of damage under the vehicle and also rear drive train. The SUV looks like it had never been in an accident, and it drives like new. I have included pictures of the areas where there was visible damage before the repairs were done. Thank you, Joe Hudson!
