Our vehicle was in an accident and when we went to the yard to pick up our personal items the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had an extremely friendly cat that can ease some worries!

The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. When we arrived to release my car and clean it out after the MVA. Well I was in pain and moving very slow. The older lady at the window could be a bit more pleasant. Hopefully she isn’t like that all the time and was just having an off day.
