They charge too much i called for a towing that was going to be 36 miles and they say it was going to be 375 $ it only takes 36 minutes to Kingsland Ga overpriced

Hakim was super polite and professional. Quick service, even in this heat. Pick up was very fast and he placed the car exactly where I asked him to. Car trouble is no fun, but their service was well worth every penny! Would definitely use again, Thank you so much.

The driver showed up early and had great knowledge of his business. He was also very pleasant. He was careful not to damage my car and made an otherwise unpleasant experience more pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for your towing needs.

Had the best experience with Jax Express! 10/10 would use them again. Called and was able to get super quick service and the dispatcher I spoke with was patient and incredibly helpful with me trying to figure out where I was located. Out of the 4 companies I called, the gentleman at Jax Express I talked to (didn't get his name) had the best pricing and was able to get someone out to me in a much faster time frame than the other companies.

Called for emergency towing this morning and came across the must inconsiderate and rude individual that also bragged of the years he has been in the business when ibead trying to give him a simple explaination of my location that even a child could have figured it out, but he got very technical and raised his voice and not letting talk to clarify what he apparently did not understood regarding my location!if he is the owner of this towing service he had slot to learn about treating customers with the utmost respect! I will make sure to post in others forums so people think twice before calling this company!
