We purchased a 2013 VW Beetle Convertible from this place site unseen. We were ASSURED it was in perfect condition so we paid for it cash, over $17k. It was delivered and it was NOT in the condition promised. The car has exactly 24 dings in the metal, and several pieces of the car’s interior are just missing as well. Worse than that, the check engine light came on the very next day and the AC does NOT work properly. I don’t care the review score of this place, we were lied to repeatedly and sold a piece of shit car for $17k. They will say they did this or did that but I paid for the crap they did. VW of Ocala informed me it will cost $2500 to fix the issues with the AC and the Evap system. These people are liars and rip off artists. Definitely do not buy from them unless you are there in person and have a real mechanic look at the junk they sell. They will not honor what they say or help fix the junk they sell.

Fabian was great to work with and was very helpful with us at getting us just the deal on the car we were looking for. He was even able to throw in a few extras for us and I would recommend that if anyone buys a car at Jax, ask for Fabian for your sales representative, you can't go wrong with his support.
