My partner bought the wuukah nano for $79.99 . Got home, read the directions attempted to use it and it would not heat up properly. Went to take it back and the owner wouldn’t refund OR exchange the product out … best he could do was “a big discount IF he bought something else “ . This is a TERRIBLE way to do business. The product WAS DEFECTIVE And they were not willing to make it right. Will be going to another smoke shop from now on

Very friendly and helpful staff, definitely the best smoke shop in the area. Im on vacation and visited a couple, none compare to Jaguar smoke!

I cannot emphasize enough just how wonderful everyone who works there is! So kind, patient, and helpful. I came in to purchase a Fume vape, but all of the Fumes in the flavor I wanted were duds- I learned they actually sell them at a loss, which is crazy to me!.
So the owner (I believe) recommended his personal favorite- the hookah brand Al Fakher Crown Bar. He let me try it before buying it, and sold it at a discount. It is 1000x better than the Fumes!
