Me again, well Megan’s husband this time.First a response to not buying the extra warranty. A product should be free of defects for a minimum amount of time (implied warranty) but I didn’t even care about that. Get us a swing arm and we will buy it.They said new management but they still won’t offer any help at all repairing the 4 wheeler that we bought last Christmas and the swing arm bolts sheered off in 30 days. I tried calling their service desk and got “we’re moving sale and will call you back” nothing in a month of trying to get the new company to help either.

Great experience!!! 5 STARS. Customer service was on point. Needed a new chain for my 125cc I was told to bring it in. The service tech was amazing and knew automatically what I was looking for. Even gave me some pointers on how to attach it at no cost. Everyone was happy to be there. Highly recommended. Great job guys!!!

This place has amazing customer service. They were all very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I had my bike serviced and they did a great job getting it fixed at the lowest cost they could. The only problem I had was the wait time. I had to wait about a month to get my bike in and then it took 2 weeks, but besides that, this is a great place to get your imported bikes worked on.

Amazing customer service. My mom has a disability scooter and saw they had the word “scooter” outside their business not knowing they inferred mopeds. None the less adam came to help and did as much as he was humanely possible to help my mom out. Amazing store very clean and well kept they got some great people working for them everyone had smiles and looked happy to be there.

I would give them a zero if possible. My husband purchased a brand new 2023 odes x5 and it broke down two days later.It took almost a week to hear back from the dealership on how we can get this fixed. After three weeks they finally picked it up. It’s been at the dealership for three weeks, no word on its status. Every time we call or leave a message we get no response.

Do not buy here, they lie. Yeah you guys said you would pick up the unit for service. Now you want me to pay for the transport.I still don’t have the machine since I posted this review.Will I ever get a call back?

This is place its worst. They don’t keep their word on anything they say they will do. They hide behind they’re receptionist saying they have no one available to speak with you. That they will relate the message but never call back. Don’t buy from here they will not help keep their word.

We bought a Massimo side by side October 2022. Biggest mistake ever! We have had nothing but issues with it since. I have tried texting the original sales person with no response as well as calling and leaving numerous messages with no response. We were lied to from the start. We were told it would run 50 MPH. Well you are luicky to get it up to 26 mph before it chokes down and shuts off on you. I have tried calling about that numerous times. When we went to pick it up it wasn't even put together yet. We had to wait hours before they had it ready and we came from out of town and was told that it was ready and waiting. Not to mention that they send you a text message everyday reminding you of your payment that is due. That itself is annoying enough but not to have anyone return a call regarding a faulty product is very unprofessional. It is sitting under my barn because it won't run and it is less than a year old. It has been used very lightly and not abused. You can forget getting any warranty work done because you can never get anyone on the phone. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. And I do still have my saved texts that have gone unanswered. They get your money and then they are done with you. I have tried to rectify this matter before posting my review to no avail.
