I have purchased multiple Ram trucks from different dealerships in the past decade, but my purchase experience from this dealership blew me out of the water. It was a great experience all around. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a brand new or used vehicle. Be sure to ask for Mr. AJ, Mr. Sadat, and Mo Sakhidad when you visit them. They will offer you a great deal and provide you excellent service.

On June 30th, we purchased a 2022 Ram. Just two days after acquiring the vehicle, the check engine light came on. We took it to the GMC dealership where we had made the purchase, and they kept the truck in their possession for over a month, claiming they had fixed the issue. However, two days after we got the truck back, the check engine light returned. When we contacted the GMC dealership again, they informed us it was due to a faulty sensor and advised us to continue driving it.
Uncomfortable with this response, we decided to take the truck to a Ram service center in Yulee. After conducting a diagnostic, the Ram service team identified a specific code and explained what was wrong with the truck, estimating the repair costs to be between $6,000 and $12,000. We returned to GMC with this information, but they essentially reneged on the original deal we had made. They offered us two options: accept $6,300 to fix the truck, or exchange it for a cheaper vehicle, claiming the Ram was now worth nothing. At this point, we had only driven the truck for a total of four days.
Initially, GMC had promised that if the check engine light continued to be an issue, we could have our Toyota Tundra back along with a refund of our $14,000 down payment. However, they failed to honor that promise. We decided to take the Ram to another Ram dealership for a second diagnostic. There, we spoke with Lisa, and Luis handled the service. This dealership quoted nearly $5,000 for the necessary repairs. Reluctantly, we accepted the $6,300 check from GMC to cover the repair costs. GMC also required us to sign a waiver upon receiving the check.
After the repairs were completed, the same problem occurred—two days later, the check engine light came back on. We returned the truck to the Ram service center that had just repaired it. They conducted another diagnostic and found the same issue. At this point, we spoke with Jennifer, the manager at the Ram dealership. She investigated further and discovered that GMC had previously cleared the diagnostic codes, which is why the full extent of the issues had not appeared during the initial diagnostics at the Ram dealership. Jennifer requested permission to speak with GMC on our behalf, and I agreed, as I was financially exhausted from the ongoing repairs.
Though I’m unsure of the details of the conversation between Jennifer and GMC, what I do know is that Jennifer succeeded in having the Ram’s warranty department cover all the costs for the repairs, specifically for the DTS. Jennifer went above and beyond for us, demonstrating what true customer service should be. In a world where people often focus on negative experiences, I want to take this opportunity to highlight the exceptional service Jennifer provided. She is a stellar manager and a credit to the Ram dealership, truly embodying the spirit of doing right by the customer.

TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased a 6 figures car and the sales person did not know one single feature about it. In addition, the car was missing some parts that were included. Luckily, I checked the sticker sheet to confirm all the items were included. Contacted the dealership about a question and was transferred to the rudest person ever; Randy. This place is a joke!!! Go to the other Jeep dealership in Jax. Very professional and informative.

Received a letter in the mail telling me I was pre approved went to the dealership, wasn’t offered water or anything sat and waited for 1.5hrs for the so call sales manager to come and lie to me and say that he would be me a call. This man worked in appraisal but decided to lie and said he was the owner. I was proven right by this experience that your business is nothing but liars and crooks. If you don’t believe me I can come to the dealership and point out all three individuals.

This place is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen at a car dealership. You stand and wait for someone to talk to and no one cares. People ignore you, text on cell phones, and it seems that taking a “break” is more important that checking to see if a customer needs something…
I never thought a routine oil change would turn into a multiple day horrible experience. Endless amounts of employees just walking around on their phones and texting. Lines of cars and people waiting for service. Workers here are oblivious… The most movement I saw from employees is when food was brought into the cafeteria area inside…

This place is full of the most generous and kind folks I know. I got my vehicle back today after getting my engine and amongst other thing fixed and when I tell you I'm so grateful and happy. Shoutout to the gentlemen in the shop getting g folks back on the road!!! Andrea is so amazing I can't get enough of her she needs a raise and my husband and I thank yall for getting us back the truck. I can't express how deeply I am of how everyone has been so great its nice to know folks out there still will help!!!!!!

The salesman recently invited me to come to the dealership and look at Ram Power Wagons, I was sent pictures of what I was told were Power Wagons. After looking at the photos I knew they weren't but the salesman insisted they were. When I got to the dealership they were indeed not Power Wagons but a lesser trim package. I was very clear before I came in that I was only interested in the Power Wagon. I felt this was an unethical practice by the salesman to get me into the building and sell me anything he could. The sales manager was very helpful and respectful to my needs and made a great effort to make a sale without being deceiving overall experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I've purchased 3 vehicles from JCJD and I don't know if I will purchase a 4th.

My 2017 Heep Grand Cherokee was towed to Jacksonville Jeep Dodge Dealership after the engine overheated due to previous shoddy workmanship. Our service manager Luis was fantastic in nailing down the problems that were caused by the previous work. He was an excellent communicator in keeping us informed almost daily as to the progress and estimated cost of repairs. It is because of his thoroughness that I would return to that dealership to buy my next Jeep. After repairing the vehicle we had to make a 14 hour drive home and the car functioned perfectly. I really appreciate the service technicians as well as Luis’ personal and professional involvement in making sure the car was repaired correctly. I also appreciate the Dealership’s 2 year warranty good for any dealership in the USA. Thanks Luis and service technicians for the quality work and personal interaction in making this a positive experience!

Five stars for Lala!!!! My fiancé and I had such a headache after dealing with Tom Bush, but Lala was absolutely fantastic at problem solving, she showed us such patience and grace!!!! We will definitely be coming back to her when we want new parts for our jeep!
