I just purchased a new Infiniti QX60 from this dealership. I am totally pleased with the way Mark, Alex a whole team treated us. From the beginning to the end, This was a pleasant experience for us. After our vehicle inspection, we were referred to Mr. Kelly Mabrey for our options to trade-in our vehicle. After a few days of consistent communication with Mr. Kelly, we were able to test drive our vehicle of choice, complete and sign the necessary documents for purchasing and transferring the vehicle, purchase insurance, and drive off with our pristine vehicle. Mr. Kelly, I respect you as an upstanding sales representative with extensive experience in management and as an individual. I was in the market to find a new vehicle. When I pulled up and started looking at new vehicles, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman by the name of Kelly. He was very professional, listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and the price that I wanted it for!!! I drove off in a brand new Infiniti! Really enjoyed our experience with Infiniti of Orange Park. Low pressure sales, and knowledgeable sales & finance team made it a pleasant. David was very helpful & followed up with me to see if he could answer any questions etc. He was super friendly & will visit him again when looking to buy a car!

Always friendly, courteous, and clean. Staff is awesome. Recently there have been some staff changes, but the customer service has gotten better if anything. The only problem I have is that it takes too long for oil changes. I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours. I don’t know if there are staff shortages, but that is way too long for an oil change. I still love the staff and their courteous attitude. I just want maintenance guys to pick up the pace a bit. I want to give a special mention about Ryan who works in the service department. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed thru the whole process.
