I love IKEA! We had Swedish meatballs, mash potatoes and broccoli for lunch. Then we shopped and found several nice things. It’s a great place to shop!

We had the most glorious customer service today at IKEA JAX. I walked through the store looking for someone without a mask (I like to see people’s smile) David was there and Immediately I knew that I liked him. He was very helpful and took the time to explain how IKEA works. As someone who appreciates learning and understanding, this was amazing. He walked us to the isles/bins and took the time to make sure we understood how to find things if and when we return. We purchased 4 double “billy” bookcases and extenders. I wish I could’ve tipped him. I hope this is the next best thing. Thank you David, for making our experience so great! - @hairbyjessicafarmer

We drove past 2 other IKEA 's, from one coast to the other to get what we needed but it was well the drive. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The self checkout was a breeze! An ohhh the cinnamon rolls were warm an fresh unlike our Tampa location.

Service is so poor waited 45 minutes after paying to find our item not available. Staff provides really poor service. 2 cash register with people lined up all the way to back garden area
