Do I need to make an appointment in order for someone to meet me here? Or are the hours that you claim you stay open until, blatantly false? This is the second time I have been to this store within the 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM window that they say they are open until, but with no employees or owner on site. The open sign is on and the lights are on, but the door is locked and I am out of a phone all weekend and now into the weekday. I was unable to drop it off Friday after 5 PM and again now Monday at 6:45 PM. And to make matters worse I have already put a down payment on my phone screen they are going to use in order to repair it, so I feel like I am stuck and can’t take my services elsewhere without losing my $100 screen I ordered and has already cleared from my bank. This is terrible and can’t be the norm if you are going to advertise later hours on Google maps and your door sign. Unacceptable

left me phone to get its screen and taptic engine repaired, they did well fixing my screen, but ever since i got it back, but its battery wouldnt last more than 20-30 minutes, at the moment it wont last 2 minutes and i have to keep it on a charger 24/7, and even with a charger plug it proceeds to lose battery.

My MacBook Pro crashed. I just moved to Jax and saw this place down the street. Dropped the MacBook off told him it would not turn on. About a week later he called said I need a Motherboard and I said go ahead and fix it. 10 days later He called and said it was ready. Went to pick it up and paid for repair. Macbook would not turn on and he said battery had not been charged. Took it home plugged it in and it came on. Went out of town for 12 days and when I returned the battery showed still charging. Computer would not work unless plugged in. Videos would stutter badly while playing. Checked the "about this Mac" and a different motherboard was installed than the one that was in it. Older and slower. Ended up going to Apple Store which was the best thing I could have done. Computer is perfect now. This man obviously knew the computer would not turn on, I asked him how he repaired it without the battery being charged? He replied he had it plugged in the whole time. Which, logically, should have charged it. Looking back, when he called and let me know it was ready and I asked him if everything was good to go he said yes "it turns on" thought nothing of it at the time but in retrospect...Bottom line is, I took my laptop in to be repaired to working order, it was not and I was still charged
$213.00. Very shoddy work. This place might be able to repair a cracked phone screen but anything else I would say buyer beware.
Just to respond, I never expected anything free nor did "how much" ever come up. I just wanted my computer to be in working order when I picked it up, it wasn't. My question is Why would you not tell me, hey it needs a battery too?

My first experience with iFix & Cell was top notch! I contacted another store and ordered a screen replacement for my phone only to be told the day of fixing that the worker ordered the wrong screen. I then called iFix and he ordered the screen right then and repaired my screen by the next day 2pm. If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to go!!

Amazing customer service, came in to see why my phone wasn’t charging and he ended up cleaning out my iPhone charging port super quickly, insisted I didn’t owe them anything. I will 100% support this business again and will be back with any future phone issues!

This company is so amazing. I have used them twice now to replace my screen on my 11 Pro. I was running late tonight and they waited on me with no worries. She repaired my phone in less than 10 minutes while we talked about our love for dogs. Great customer service, great prices, fast, friendly!!! Amazing! Totally recommend
