Used car buying service after researching reviews on cars.com and IDrive On Demand website. Was reassured (in writing) Brent Boate is experienced and only bids on exceptional vehicles at dealer auctions. I Drive OnDemand received my $1000 deposit on 2/7/2017 and I agreed to purchase 2011 Range Rover Supercharge for $34600.00 plus $595.00 fee on 2/23/2017 and promised 5-7 day delivery and a worst case scenario of 10 days. The vehicle was delivered on 3/10/2017. The cost of transport was quoted at $250 or less and actual cost was $350.00,which Brent Boate offered to reimburse (in writing), but has not. Upon delivery and inspection, the vehicle's front left tire was damaged. The transport driver stated he was told by IDrive On Demand not to point that out to me. All four tires were bald, the steering column lever was completely broken and missing, and the airbag light was on. I immediately notified IDrive On Demand and spoke with Brent who blamed the transport driver for the broken lever and admitted he may have overlooked the airbag light. The lever cost $914 and the airbag light cost was over $1700. Brent asked for and received invoices, but is not answering emails, voicemails, or text messages. It took over one month after purchase to get deposit. I did not receive the quality car I was promised and it was one fiasco after another. You'd think they would just do the right thing...terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

Shady Shady Shady. They sound like decent people at first but God help you if you get a lemon from them which is typical apparently. As other reviewers mentioned the owner is super shady. Will treat you like dirt after you buy a car from them. Total crook! Don't get ripped off.

Good luck if you have problem after you buy( which you most likely will with the quality of cars offered here) They'll act like they don't even know you. The owner Brad is exactly what you would expect a shady used car dealer to be. Stay away from this place.

My husband and I recently purchased our vehicle from Josh and Brent at iDrive and the experience could not have been easier. After visiting some of the big box dealerships we were left feeling like car buying had to be a nightmare. We were proven wrong at iDrive! The price was right and the service exceptional. I would highly recommend!

this is a difficult review to write and my first review of my life - Brent the owner is super nice! you will like him. Would i buy a car this way again - no I would not. when looking for a car brent responds within seconds to questions and concerns - after you pay for the car and are waiting for it it may be days before you can get a hold of him - very frustrating and scary. i wanted to buy a very specific range rover and brent did a GREAT job of finding it - i did pay only an average price for it - not great (that was MY choice of course) - when we got the car it was detailed and looked great - the problem is it had several small issues that a dealership would have taken care of before i got it - and buying from an auction you are stuck with the car (brent says some 900.00 thing but that is kind of shaky - never really figured that out) - the car is a 2013 range rover - leaking water pump 1100.00, bent rim 900.00, electrical issue came to 750.00, tires had way less tread than advertised - 1000.00, - oh well NOT brents fault of course--- but i have bought used range rovers from dealerships and they take care of those for you - i am very upset though about a second key fob was advertised included and it did not come - i have in writing i would get it sent to me or i would get one purchased for me (500.00) but obviously that didnt happen after many many requests so i just gave up - all being said i like the car - it cost me way too much in the end to get it in a condition it would have been in at the dealership - - very scary and stressful purchase -brent is very nice and likeable but i would not recommend this unless you have nerves of steel and will risk having issues with your car when you get it (you have to prepay so you are at their mercy) - also I believe the 900.00 warranty/ thing about them paying anything over that amount - it kinda goes away after car is delivered

Worst Company I have ever dealt with ever. They sold me a car not I am not able to register because the check engine light is on and plus to top it off they sold me a car with zero gas, so the car ended up dying on us in the middle of the street. Absolute worst car experience ever with these guys and they never return your call! They sell you a car not is not operational and wont fix the problem. They have lost my business for good and will make sure to never business with these guys ever again!!!

Outstanding customer service from the sales rep Doug & Ms Dawn. Bought my car yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Fast & easy process. The best way to buy cars is with iDrive. Highly recommend this place hands down.
