I had 3 payments left on my 2019 Sonata Hybrid and coolant system pump and plugin went out. There was a recall for this but I was told that my vin # was not one of them. The service departments are expensive and try to get you to pay for unnecessary jobs. This is also at Grayson’s in Knoxville,Tn. Luckily I have a good certified mechanic who is more affordable. The hybrids are overrated.
My daughter bought a 2019 Elantra and they promised an $1000 rebate which she never received. Later she was late on a payment but they repo’d her car after she made her payment and still made her pay the extra costs afterwards. I will never do business with Hyundai again.

Worst car buying experience in this dealership. Salespeople are very arrogant. Service after the sale is non existent. A lot of extra non sense dealer fees, take your business elsewhere, these people will rip you off while selling you junk.

2019 Honda Accord
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your dealership. I purchased a vehicle on Aug 10, 2024 that unfortunately had significant issues with the brakes, brake pads, rotors, and tires.
Despite reaching out multiple times, it took over three weeks to even speak with a representative. When I finally did, I was forced to drive two hours from Orlando and take a day off work to bring the vehicle back for inspection and repairs.
The dealership's handling of the situation was incredibly frustrating. They refused to address the tire issue and made me wait for hours. After a long and unproductive day, I left the dealership feeling unheard and disrespected.
Several factors contributed to my negative experience:
* Misleading Information: Sherman C made multiple false statements regarding the vehicle's inspection and my willingness to bring it back for repairs.
* Inconsistent Records: The carfax shows conflicting dates for inspections, suggesting that the dealership may be attempting to cover up their mistakes.
* Lack of Customer Care: The dealership's representatives, particularly Sherman and JJ, were unresponsive and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the issue.
The only positive aspect of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Bobby. Bobby went above and beyond to investigate the carfax and find a solution. His efforts were greatly appreciated and contrasted sharply with the ineptitude of the other staff members.
I am deeply disappointed by my experience and will not be recommending your dealership to anyone. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Our family bought a used car online from Hyundai OP. Car was represented to be in showroom condition. Contract was supposed to be ready to sign when we got there. We live 2.5 hours away. Car and signing processes were misrepresented.
Car was determined to have previous damage to the driver door (not on carfax). Scratches and dings on doors, wheels, rear bumper, only 1 key fob. If we hadn't put a substantial down payment, driven 5 hours round trip, and run credit, I wouldn't have bought the car. Not trustworthy. Not recommended from our poor experience.
Update. Just so everyone is clear on our experience with Hyundai of Orange Park. 16 days later, no call from the dealer or our salesman, Michael Call, after selling us a previously wrecked Subaru, to see if we're happy with our car or transaction. Enjoy the commission Michael. Last sale you'll get from us. Quite clear they knew about the damage to the car and misrepresented it to me. Good reason why it was not sold at the Subaru dealership. Didn't meet their standards. Door trim fell off the back door on the damaged side. Total lack of morality. Buy somewhere else.?

Don't Do It! It's the typical lies that car salesman give you. I have to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have given all of my credit information and it has a hard hit now several times without even a call back. He acted like he wanted to help me, but he has taking all of my information and is not calling me back. That was yesterday. Today, text messages that he's busy with other clients. I would just like someone else to speak with. This has been such a horrible experience and I haven't even been to the car lot yet. I have wasted 2 days to get nowhere. I suppose I will only get help if I'm standing in front of someone there with a pocketful of money.

I bought a used 2014 Hyundai Tucson in 2017. The sales experience was poor. Now in 2024, Hyundai had to replace my engine because it failed. After the replacement, I had to return it to the shop for more repairs. The only positive experience was working with Sean in the service department. He was great.
After my last visit to Hyundai, I was so fed up that I immediately took my Tucson to another dealership and traded it in. Goodbye Hyundai ?

Want to give a big thank you to Megan in the service department she went beyond and over to help me out after st augustine Hyundai would not help me with my bumper to bumper coverage, they wanted to charge me with something that was covered under it. Not only did orange park fix my car without charging me they all went out of their way (everyone who works there) to make me feel special
I will never recommend or go back to st augustine Hyundai Thank you again wish I could give you more stars

I work with Bobby Mosley and let me say: one of the easiest, transparent, and trustworthy experiences I have ever had read in any car dealerships. He was super energetic, positive, honest and happy to help us along the way in purchasing our Hyundai.
Trust me when I say this: Bobby cares! Thank you so much Bobby and look forward to coming back!

Had to take my car in for the EPB light. Made the appointment they got me in and out with parts ordered. Made the second appointment to have parts installed in and out fast again. This EPB was to much for west side Hyundai who kept my car for a week and returned it not fixed. Orange park was fast, efficient, and had great customer service and communication.

Excellent customer service, Andrew S really helped us out! We were looking for a very specific trim package, within 2 days he had our and we were in and out of dealership in about an hour and a half including them tinting our windows. Seamless transaction, and we were very happy with our Deal!

We went to buy and look at the options for sale. This place is depressing and made us want to vomit. It's horrible and smelly! Please, something else is Mr. Victor's attitude, which is detestable.Si

Firstly I would like to say that Mike was a great salesperson, and he made the car buying experience more bearable. He wasn’t pushy, and was helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed up later past closing time to work with us then met us the morning after, was willing to work with us on price. He even brought some Lysol wipes to help me clean the inside of the car a bit. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they did NOT detail this car and I’m not happy with the detailing department. The car was grimy even after they “detailed” it, but honestly it looked like they just ran it through the car wash. So now I’m going to have to pay like $90 to get this thing deep cleaned. Not happy about that. Our finance guy also was nice, but was pretty pushy to try and get me to sign up for a warranty. I did, but it’s going to be canceled ASAP because when the math is done, it’s just not worth it. I assume he gets some sort of commission for it. Last thing I wasn’t happy about was that our used car’s 12V outlets were not working and they did not fix it. Mike said they looked at the fuse and it’s not blown, but they couldn’t get them working. We will see if this car holds up over time, if it doesn’t, my review will certainly change, but I’m hopeful that it will last. Hyundai of orange park states that they have the cars inspected before going out on the lot and that seemed to be reflected on the CarFax. Overall good experience, and would recommend Mike as a salesperson
