Makes a lot of sense to cancel an appointment and then play dumb like you don’t know it’s me calling when I call back two seconds later, right before a person’s supposed to come in had I left 5 minutes later and been otw I would’ve been pissed and for that they got lucky. I could have literally scheduled anywhere else. They just don’t want to work. You could tell with the girl who answered the phone. Thanks for wasting my time….In my voicemails and with the person who answered the phone sounded like idiots anyways…you guys knew what you were doing what a way to run a business ?? won’t be back or recommend anyone for this location thanks Nadia, Nazia, Nausea, or whatever your name is…

I have dealt with Iriana, their senior tax specialist, for 10 days now.She has taken over a week to try and prepare my state taxes. This process has been nothing but a pain. The point of bringing your taxes to a tax specialist is so you don't have to do it. Well that's not the case. The state returns Iriana put together with the fee of her filing would of netted me about $50. I had to crunch the numbers then have someone else look at my info. I was able to get close to $1500 back. Avoid this place and Iriana.

Working with this location has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve never had issues with getting taxes filed before. Not only was Irina not very knowledgeable or helpful she was also very careless with personal information. The owner called me to apologize and promised to call back after having a senior tax advisor review me and my fiancés taxes but it’s been weeks and we haven’t heard back. The amount that they charged for the level of service is not okay! Avoid at all costs!!! You’ll save yourself so much time and trouble.

I’m giving this current staff on 2-23-2022 at Noon a 2 star because they think it’s funny to make fun of people asking questions. People go to H&R Block because they are not tech savvy or for the convenience. The receptionist thought it’d be cool to go to a tax professional to laugh at a young man about asking for help to upload his FAFSA information. Clearly laughing at clients happens behind their back all the time.I personally had to step out of the office to retrieve one of my W2s online because signal wasn’t great in the office but when I came back the air was thick as of they were talking about me when I stepped out, the receptionist refused to make eye contact…people are not d**** People have emotional intelligence and can read body language.I don’t really care about my experience but I don’t appreciate them laughing at the young man asking for help. It was unnecessary and the fact they did it in front of other clients (myself) is unacceptable….. I won’t be going back.
