Used to be very helpful now they just don't care. I uses their service for last 4 or 5 years. I called this year to ask a simple quest and they have their nose up. I just wanted to ko know how to to pay my back taxes to the IRS. They wont even help on the phone. How ever they are happy to take hundreds of dollars to file. Beware find a new place. This is life fast food if tax preps were restaurants.

DO NOT FILE IF LOOKING FOR ADVANCE!Not only was my appointment pushed back an hour and made me late for work but I was denied a refund advance on a large return. We have been going to H&R Block for years! We paid over $600 for this horrible service! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!

Because the day before I came in to get my taxes done I told the manager I had already did it with turbo but it got rejected because of a 1095A form I forgot to include and I told him the amount I was expecting and I asked him will I be able to get an advance and he told me when I apply we'll see so the day I applied through out the whole process I kept asking can I get a 100 dollar advance on my taxes and she kept saying let's do this first let's do this first and as soon as we finished she tell ne because of what I'm getting back on my my taxes I don't qualify for an advance my taxes I strongly feel as though I was bamboozled!!! And as I see it all she was concern about was herself because I could have went to liberty tax where it doesn't matter how much a person is getting back as long as your tax return can cover it. Every body knows there is no second chance on a first impression...
