This place is highly unprofessional and sloppy. I made a reservation on the 6th for the13th with my regular preparer. I arrived on the 13th and they never put my information in the computer. I arrived 29 minutes early and they said because I wasn't in the computer,the person they double booked in my spot got to go before me. What is the point in making a reservation if it is not honored?Maybe I need to call every day to make sure they got it right next time....if there is a next time.

Every year I go to Mrs Elsa to get my taxes done. She is knowledgeable, caring, friendly and always does her best to get us the most we can get . Love this place.

Nina is the nicest, caring, and hardest working person there. Such a sweetheart. I go there every year and only go to her. She is very knowledgeable. Make sure when you go there, you ask for her by name!!!! You will not regret it.
