If you are looking for the BEST around, go see Beckha Kennedy. I was beyond impressed with her knowledge, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond. I had quite a few things I needed done/filed and Beckah handled everything with such compassion. Her tax knowledge is unmatched and she is an asset to H&R Block.

Sabrina Eubanks is a wonderful tax preparer. We have worked with her for several years, now. She explains everything and is friendly. She gets to know you and your tax history and is very professional. I think she has limited hours, but we highly recommend an appointment with Sabrina!

I just came from this place an hour ago. It was my 3rd visit to H&R Block in 10 days trying to get my previous taxes amended. First, the tax advisor at this location had such a thick accent that I struggled to understand what she was saying. Second, she immediately starts rambling for 5 - 10 minutes about the previous customer and how they didn't give her enough information to do their returns. Then she starts rambling about her personal life and how she has to pay her ex husband's taxes because of alimony or something? I genuinely had no idea what she was talking about. So I just sat there awkwardly waiting for her to finish talking because she couldn't pick up on social cues at all. After her seemingly endless and extremely, extremely awkward monologue, she asks if I remember how much my return was for in 2021. No, I told her because I couldn't remember 2 years back. She said she had to have that to get started even though the previous rep was halfway finished without it before noticing I was missing a W2. Her response was to question why the previous rep didn't tell me I needed it. The easy answer to that question, after spending so much time feeling disrespected by literally every member of H&R Block's staff that I've encountered in the last 10 days from secretaries to tax advisors, is that none of you are professional in even the most basic definition of the word. I left and there ain't no way anyone will ever see me in another one of their offices again. To say that I loathe this company is such an understatement.

I have used H&R Block for many years and this particular office for the past 3 years. The office is very conveniently located and the staff is very professional. Now that I am retired and my tax filing has simplified, I think it is a little overpriced for my filing.
