My sidelight window was damaged by a lawn company hired by the HOA. Homerite had someone to come out within a few days to check out the window and give an estimate. The estimate was cheaper than others who also came out. I later paid and they were able to quickly get me on the schedule. Fast forward, the sidelight window is repaired and I will definitely use Homerite again and recommend them. Very professional company.

We chose HomeRite after getting quotes from a few local companies. We worked with Brian on the quote and through the completion of the project; he was knowledge and patient as we made our decisions, he was accurate and fair on his proposal, a great communicator, and ensured we were satisfied with the work being done. The team that came out to complete the instal were professional, quick, and left us very happy with the completed work. We have now had these 18 new windows in for almost a year and are very happy we went with Brian and HomeRite. We'll use them again in the future and would recommend.

We swapped out 50+ windows in our entire house while we were renovating. The sales manager promised that it would be a two day project. there were two different gentlemen installing the windows. On the second day, they brought to our attention that they had measured the windows incorrectly and The windows weren’t going to fit. They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Finally after almost 2 months they came and installed the remaining windows and patio door. My husband noticed that the craftsmanship was lacking by one of the individuals who installed it, and there was mismatched hardware, or even hardware missing, windows weren’t fully sealed, resulting in them, flexing and being able to be pushed out, which is big concern with young children. they left visible burn marks on pretty much all the window trims. My husband brought these issues to their attention, however many of the issues weren’t corrected even after the third time of coming out. I would Personally, not recommend them but if you do go with them, make sure you run the crew and verify quality of work.

They have ZERO interest in your project after getting paid before the job is done. I have been chasing them for four month to finalize the job and all I get is "I'll check with the service manager and get back to you" then I never hear back. Very bad service and they do not stand behind their product or workmanship. I will be suing them soon if I don't get the job done (more than 12 months since start).

We are so happy with our new windows . This has been the best experience. From the first meeting with mark to the installation . Our crew was the best ever . Thanks again home rite for everything. Can’t wait for our new door to come in .

Sales and pricing were on point. Spoke with management several times about some concerns I had with the quality of window sills being below par and cheaply done. Apparently the emailed photos were not on anyone's priority list. Nice people, fair price, but poor attention to customer service. Pete from sales was great.

HomeRite installed new windows in our home which is finishing being renovated. We were not living in the house when they were installed. We moved in about 6 weeks ago and a few weeks back I contacted HomeRite regarding scratches, cracks and chips on nearly all of the interior window frames. It is clear to anyone that they were damaged during installation, yet when I finally spoke to Jimmy today (who has yet to take the time to look at the windows in person) and he is saying that HomeRite is not taking responsibility for the damage. He claims that they were installed properly and not damaged at the time of installation.I am not sure what he thinks people do to window frames, but I can assure you that the damage that is present was not caused by me nor my family.I would not use HomeRite for your windows. They obviously do not install windows carefully nor take accountability for the damage they cause in the process.I will happy remove this negative review if and when HomeRite does the right thing by owning up to their mistakes and repairing or replacing the damaged windows.Only a handful of photos are posted to show examples of the damage.The BBB has been contacted to assist in addressing my concerns.

I chose Hone Rite windows and doors to replace all 18 windows in my 1974 home after home inspection and quotes from two leading competitors in Jacksonville, because of the quality of their windows and the price The salesman. Brian was very professional, and gave me all the facts with no m pressure to purchase in their show room or dairy is home inspection windows arrived six weeks later, and the installer Austin with his assistant Jordan did a superior job installing the windows and door in three days. All the windows are tight with clean lines. I was in construction much of my life and I was impressed I recommend anyone looking for new windows and or doors to contact Home Rite for an inspection and quote before making a decision. Kevin

I used HomeRite twice on the same house, the first time when I did an addition and the second time when I saw how fantastic the widows looked I decided to do the rest of the house.Prior to the installation of the second windows I went and looked at new houses being built by ICI, Dreamfinders, and others and the windows from HomeRite are way nicer !The installers were great, did a fantastic job on the installation, the Hardy Trim and cleaned up all the mess plus washed the new windows !A other points that I learned through this process is that HomeRite uses all "new construction type" windows which has a nail fin, Not all windows companies use this method as it takes highly skilled craftsman to install this type of window on older houses. The widows that dont have the nail fin from other companies are caulked in with silicone and then screwed in thru the window itself and then you will forever see the screws !Also be aware there are 2 diffrent types of glass Low E and double Low EE, while the double Low EE offers a little bit better value of sun reflection it has a green tint that may not be to your likingThe sales person I dealt with name is Jimmy and he is a 100% stand up guy, his word is good as gold and thats the truth !Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

Yeah well if you don't know this is Joshua Morrow and I work at home right windows and doors when the best replacement or retrofit window places in Jacksonville Florida we all send a new construction call big houses custom builders but all of most of all the home right guys including me came from kinko windows and doors Windows fixed or any type of door there's no window or door good I can't fix for place
