I have purchased tile from ProSource with her assistance for 2 projects and will definitely be using her for future projects. She has a wealth of knowledge and is always on her A-Game. She has been so patient with me as I switched gears and changed directions of my latest bathroom remodel project after we had already selected a tile. “Came here shopping for floor options after not finding anything at multiple other places and was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by every employee we came across and everyone was so kind. After picking out two options we ended up ordering online later that day and picked up our order today. The whole staff was so very friendly from greeting to loading. “This is not my neighborhood Lowes store. I visited to see if they had a sample of a specific LVP flooring product, which my Lowes did not have. This store did not have it either.”
“Rain is the best customer service in that Home Depot. It took other people two weeks but my issue still not solved. However, Rain definitely knows her job. She just made a couple phone calls and solved my issue. She is very friendly as well!!! The Home Depot definitely needs more people like her!!!”
