“This review is long overdue. I cannot say enough good things about Marilyn. I have purchased tile from ProSource with her assistance for 2 projects and will definitely be using her for future projects. She has a wealth of knowledge and is always on her A-Game. She has been so patient with me as I switched gears and changed directions of my latest bathroom remodel project after we had already selected a tile. I have asked for opinions via email or in person and she is always eager to help and always so pleasant to work with. Book an appointment with her vs walking in as she is in high demand!”
“Lots of good stuff, and I was greeted warmly when I entered the store, but when I needed help finding stuff in the aisles, no one was around. The aisles were sufficiently wide and not blocked with lots of displays. When I did find someone to help, he pointed me in the right direction and helped me realize the store location in the Lowes app on my phone was set incorrectly.”

Whole Screen Enclosure Lighting was not the cheapest, (or the most expensive) they were by far and away the best value, they explained my options and suggested the best option that would give us the lighting we wanted and not just the option that would generate the most revenue for them and to match the great service with a great product couldn’t ask for a better company to work with”
“Came here shopping for floor options after not finding anything at multiple other places and was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by every employee we came across and everyone was so kind. After picking out two options we ended up ordering online later that day and picked up our order today. The whole staff was so very friendly from greeting to loading. They all took their time to answer my questions and were even polite to my kids too. Got what i was looking for and at a great deal too! Will definitely be coming back for the rest of our projects!”

“I had a wonderful experience. A young man (Gabriel) called me on last week to inform me I purchased paint and it was still at the store. I remembered I had an emergency that day and could not stay until both cans were mixed. It has been a little over 2 weeks since my sister passed as a result of COVID-19 and paint was the farthest thing from my mind. I happened to be on the way to Home Depot this morning and who but Gabriel would call me again to remind me of my purchase!!! This young man was just AWESOME! It was really nice to meet him! Keep up the GREAT work Gabriel!!!!”

“The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I waited like 15 minutes for someone to help me in lumber. Jessie is the guy who helped me out tremendously! I'm 7 months pregnant and he seen me and asked if I needed help. Not only did he help me finish shopping. But he checked me out and even loaded my car! It was the best service I have had in years! Very polite and apologetic for the wait. I even did the survey just for him! Thanks Jessie for everything today!”
“This place only has used items like appliances and furniture, they do have some new tile and laminated with flooring that's never been used for a very reasonable price”
“Hell I was looking for a new tool box for my truck and was going to go to tractor supply, however they got woke so I guess they'll go broke, I went to home Depot opened up a new account in about 5 minutes and bought my new tool box.$50 off for opening the account, 6 months no interest if I pay the balance off. Put the new tool box in the back of Sequoia and headed home ?”
“I have had mostly positive experiences at this Home Depot. My comment for the whole company is about requiring veterans to register on the Home Depot app to receive a discount. I believe that if my Florida driver’s license indicates that I’m a veteran that should be adequate for the discount. HD wants veterans to apply via the app for the discount to track their spending patterns. Hogwash! Home Depot please do what’s right/ethical for the veterans who served our country. Don’t make us sign up for the app to give us a veterans discount if it’s already verified by the state and on our license. Thank you!”

“I came in looking for some plywood for a project I'm working on and Nikki was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out the type I needed and took it to the front for me. I wasn't sure how I was going to transport it and she offered to help tie it to my car's roof, she ended up helping me load it into the back of my minivan. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience!”
