Do not trust any appliance installation from this Home Depot. They botched my dishwasher installation and did nothing to correct it.

UPDATE: They came back after a week and corrected the work. My microwave and stove are working properly. Was about a 10 minute fix. I wish they could have done it right the first time but, I have added 2 stars for making it right. Check my other reviews. I am not a fan of giving bad reviews but, I sadly must for the installation of a Microwave that I had completed by the Home Depot. I wish I had known to check that the Microwave was installed properly physically and not just operable. You sort of don't expect to have to check the work of professionals. I had Home Depot install a Microwave and and Oven for me (The oven is great though!). As you can see in the image provided, it is not connected to the back wall. It is being held up by my cabinets above. When you pull the microwave door, the microwave comes with you. I called Home Depot and Home Appliance Delivery to get this fixed. 7 transfers later, I have an appointment. Calling to get someone to come fix this issue took longer than the installation itself. Cleaning up after the job was fun too! After installing the microwave, they left wood bits everywhere. They went to install the stove on top of the mess! I had to get them to stop so that I could vacuum up the mess! After waiting almost one month (purchased 7/6/2020, received today), I have to wait until Friday for them to come fix this. I just have to hope and pray that it does not damage the cabinets or fall on the new oven. It is my hope to update this review later stating that they came out and fixed it. Sadly, after waiting almost a month, and them installing it incorrectly, the best they can do is get it resolved on Friday. TLDR: Microwave installed incorrectly. Have to wait almost a week after already waiting a month for it to be done correctly.

I had a wonderful experience. A young man (Gabriel) called me on last week to inform me I purchased paint and it was still at the store. I remembered I had an emergency that day and could not stay until both cans were mixed. It has been a little over 2 weeks since my sister passed as a result of COVID-19 and paint was the farthest thing from my mind. I happened to be on the way to Home Depot this morning and who but Gabriel would call me again to remind me of my purchase!!! This young man was just AWESOME! It was really nice to meet him! Keep up the GREAT work Gabriel!!!!

Went to this store to buy a large rolling tool box looked at both the models that they had asked to speak to a manager 3 times her name was Nichole. I had extremely bad experience with the manager at this Lem Turner location. I had waited 15 minutes to get a manager to the self check out and waited another 30 minutes for him to argue with me that I have to go home and print out my gift card and come back. I had told him multiple times that on the gift card that is on my phone stated that if the barcode doesn't scan, they have to manually type in the code. But he said it wouldn't work and thought that I was trying to scam him or something. That was absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER get a gift card from Home Depot anymore and will never step my foot in this store anymore! I will go to Lowe's and get better customer service. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time arguing with paying customer!
