WOW!!! It was a GREAT experience working with Aimee Grace! She was able to work through my laptop and gain access to my Facebook business page so the design staff can do their magic to my it look more professional AND make sure I have what I need for internet exposure! I would not recommend this company! This is an awful company with poor customer service. I paid them for 3 months of service on 10/26 $790. I reached out to customer service multiple times due to my account not being setup and I was receiving leads that they had previously sent me in 2021 when I used the service previously. I cancelled my account due to the quality of leads earlier this year. I was contacted in October by Angela who said they had started verifying leads and said agents were seeing a huge success. She said I would receive quality, workable leads. The post they made on social media is less than impressive. I reached out to Angela multiple times and on 10/22 I reached out again due to the quality of the leads and my account still not fully set up. She refused to help and then assigned my account to Ashley Meyers. Instead of Ashley trying to help she cancelled my account is now charging me for a full month of service (which my account was not set up fully and they did not do a full month of service) and she charged me an early termination fee. The terms and conditions that they have provided do not state they can cancel the account and keep the money. This company has been very deceptive and lied multiple times. Be very cautious if you have an issue instead of trying to help they will cancel and keep your money.Update to the company's response-I did NOT cancel my account, Ashley Meyers cancelled my account due to not being a fit when I questioned why what I paid for was not being done. They did not do what I paid for and then THEY cancelled my account and charged me an early termination fee. It does not state in the terms and conditions that the company can cancel the account and charge an early termination fee Please see below for companies' cancellation policy, it does not state the company can cancel and charge an early termination fee. I have requested multiple times for something that shows the company can cancel an account and keep the money but they have failed to provide that.Again, please show where it states YOUR company can cancel and charge an early termination fee. I DID NOT CANCEL the service Ashley Meyers did. Thank you!Cancellation Policy (for Multi-Month Subscriptions)No contracts are required for multi-month TurnKey Suite subscriptions; you may cancel at any time. Home ASAP provides great services to real estate agents, providing Facebook and Instagram ads and regular posts, and has helped me grow my Facebook Business Page following quite a bit over time, with great content and regular posting. My account manager, Gwen, has been with the company for 9 years and has managed my account for all of the 5 years that I have been with them. How many social media marketing managers do you know that stay at one company for that amount of time? Gwen has always provided great stability and service and I consider her a friend. This service is a must if you're a real estate professional that wants to grow your business.

My wife has tried to cancel this companies service for nearly a year now. They will not answer the phone, return phone calls or properly respond via email (only automated emails are received). We even tried to give them one last chance and reach out via facebook messenger however they have not responded. Be very wary of using this company for any services. We are going to submit a case for fraud to the CC company and we are going to take this to the BBB.This review undoubtably reflects your company and your 24 BBB complaints prove you are doing the same thing to others. You are still charging my wife even though your response here claims that you have removed us since 2022. If you truly want to take care of this and change your review status you can call us and take care of the issue like we have been requesting for nearly a year. Until then, this review will not change and we will continue with further action.
