We came to evacuate for hurricane Milton. Front desk and manager don’t seem to understand their own system and tried to tell me I didn’t reserve an extra night when I specifically spoke to the same manager and she told me the extra night was booked. I am already stressed enough by the devastation back at my home I don’t need added stress from the front desk people.

This place has the nicest rooms. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are very spacious. Very clean hotel from the front door to the rooms.

Absolute garbage policies. I bought a room at 10pm for that night and the next night so I could show up in the morning & ‘check in’ without having to wait until 3pm. They cancelled the room. I have a dog and cat with me.
Just keep my money & let me keep the room.
Garbage.

Loved the location. Good restaurants and Publix within walking distance. Great value for the money. Will be back again.

Edit* My rings did appear, but I had to have police officer get involved when your own housekeeper admitted she had them and turned them over to him. Hotel did not reach out to apologize to me as they kept telling me I was wrong, I misplaced them or I was mistaken. I have nothing further to say about this only that an apology or refund for my stay would have gone a long way. Had I not put in a police report and officer questioned the staff, as I was told manager did inquire with staff already, I would never have had retrieved my rings. Ended edit*
This hotel has a very sweet front office staff. Accomodations were very nice. My issue is that my very expensive wedding and engagement ring values over 8k i left on the night stand by accident. As soon as I realized my husband called the hotel. They made excuses maybe fell behind bed unable to admitt that the maid service is one to enter and take them. There is no way they fell they were secure by the phone pad I wrote in that she would have to clean night stand and replace with pad and pen. I have to place a police report because now it's considered stolen. I doubt the next person renting would be responsible because the room has to be cleaned and the night stand wiped off there's no way that can be missed. I wasn't feeling well I don't take my rings off but was very sick I'm diabetic my hands were swelling. I don't feel management took our situation seriously by questioning the person who serviced our room and refused to give her name for the police report. This is a very unique wedding set that was specially made for me but my husband and I are devastated beyond grief over my wedding set. Devastated that there are folks so dishonest that work there when you wish they would do the right thing. We are willing to give a reward if it's returned to us. I would think that folks leave things behind and that employees would be honest and turn something like that in. It's good for others that stay here to know that this is not the case. I'm in hospital right now but soon as I get out of here I'll be contacting Jacksonville Police and they will have to state who cleaned the room. Only person who entered in there to clean is the one who took my rings. It's process of elimination and obvious.

Great great experience so far. They let us check in early, and the location is great. Close to Publix and lots of dining options.
Daniel at the front desk is extremely kind and welcoming. He’s going out of town and won’t be able to work or we’d love to chat with him more.
Walkability: Can walk to multiple different dining options.

I liked most everything about the hotel except the height of the toilet in my room. I'm tall and it was difficult to stand up. It had to have been half the size of a normal toilet. The sheets were also of poor quality. Otherwise, staff, cleanliness, locale, room size, really everything else was great. Please replace the toilets and sheets!

If you are going to Jacksonville Florida to the beach this is the perfect hotel to stay at. One of the best experiences and location we have stayed in a long time. First the front desk guys (Daniel and Joseph) were amazing. They are both kind, considerate, amazing welcoming, they both need raises for their attention to detail and just being great employees. They made us feel so welcome. you need to pay those two loads of money to never leave cause they were both part of why our stay was above and beyond. Even when Daniel had to close the pool because of lighting outside he went above and beyond by taking care of my girls because he knew they were disappointed. Just two GREAT GUYS. it was a pleasure to walk in and see their faces each day. Next the Queen double bed Suite fits 6 comfortably. I was HUGE. So much room. There were stains on the floor of the room, and the table was kind of wobbly but over all I would rate the cleanliness of the room good. The ladies that cleaned the rooms were so sweet. We opted out to having them clean and when I took them our dirty towels they were so sweet to offer us what we needed. The pool is awesome. Just the right size, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and what I loved was the front desk are watching the weather radio to make sure you are aware when bad weather is coming. They have a washer and dryer, it cost $2.00 a load but if you get cash, the front desk will trade $10.00 for a roll of quarters. it was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. They always had so much variety for everyone. The location was right off 295 and you can just get on it and be at the beach in 23 minutes and not have to pay hotel beach prices. It was WORTH IT. we plan on coming back and this will be my go to hotel in the future. IT WAS SO WORTH IT>
Rooms: HUGE ROOMS with more than enough room for the family!!!!! Beds were so comfortable. AC was COLD. That is important in Florida weather. it was quiet.
Nearby activities: you are not far from EVERYTHING. I mean EVERYTHING. Food, the beach, restaurants, parks.
Safety: I felt super safe in this hotel. it is nestled in the corner of a shopping center by hobby lobby.
Food and drinks: Daniel made cookies and punch in the afternoons. my kids loved it.
Noteworthy details: the staff hands down are amazing. they were the best part of this hotel stay.
