I took my car in for 6,000 mile maintenance. They changed the oil, rotated the tires and found a leak in a valve. I have the car for a couple of days and they fixed the leak. When I picked up my car and noticed the low air light was on but left anyway because I had an appointment to make. Bottom line my tires were fine when I dropped the car off and had a leak in my rear driver side tire when I picked it up. Somebody had to have noticed that at the dealership. Now I’m bringing the car back on Saturday.

I love Hodges Mazda. We have purchased three cars from them over the last few years. They really are one of those few businesses where customer service clearly is a top priority. I have receive such quality care each time I’m at the dealership that my husband and I have made the decision that we will only buy cars and get them maintained from Hodges Mazda.

I had the greatest pleasure working with Seth, he made this entire process the quickest, smoothest and handled everything timely! The manager Clayton, and Seth went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. 5 star customer service. The service manager Richard was an absolute sweetheart as well. It has been several years since I purchased a car. My previous experience was far from pleasant, so I was admittedly dreading having to go through the process again. After visiting three dealerships, including a used car retailer, I contacted Hodges Mazda about a model I was interested in. One of their talented salesmen, Seth Miller, contacted me via phone and text shortly after. I set up an appointment and met him the same day. From the outset, Seth was very pleasant, professional, and kind. He explained that Hodges Mazda does not require their employees to make a commission, so they are not motivated to sell you a more expensive car. Their job is to sell you a car, but what the customer ends up purchasing is entirely up to them. Seth asked me several questions about the car I was looking for and was not pushy when I opted not to answer certain questions regarding finances at that point. I made it clear that I was only interested in a new vehicle with 0% APR, but would also consider leasing options and would like to have a clear comparison between them. We proceeded to test drive two models that met my needs and moved on to negotiating the price. I was trading in my old vehicle, and I already had a CarMax quote. They initially offered me nearly $2000 less than the CarMax quote on my old vehicle, but once I brought that up, Darren, the manager, met the quote (actually exceeded it by $600) without haggling. This was truly a relief, and it made me feel like they were really willing to do whatever was needed to get me the car that I really wanted. With that out of the way, we looked at a clear financial summary of what the 0% APR purchase versus lease would look like, with an emphasis on how much equity I will have in three to four years. This made me decide on the purchase option, and we settled the deal. Rodney, the financial officer, was also very pleasant and welcoming. He discussed the various warranty options and let me choose what worked for my budget without pressuring me. In summary, I got the deal I wanted on the vehicle I wanted without the hassle I previously experienced when purchasing a car. I can highly recommend Hodges Mazda and its staff to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I’ve been to several dealerships, and worked at a few, and this was hands down the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Seth was fantastic. He was understanding of what I was looking for and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the dealer was great, everyone was happy and super friendly. Hodges Mazda has what other dealers should strive for, awesome customer service from a happy and friendly staff.
