“Stopped in here on a Sunday morning on my way to Georgia and the shop owners was supper nice has tons of cards. I got some Pokemon cards for my daughters and the gentleman who helped me gave my kids some Pokemon coloring books great experience and I highly recommend this shop! Will be stopping again on my next trip to Jacksonville and his prices are great!!!!!”
“This is the best hobby store within 2 hours. Great selection and the staff always take time to answer my questions and don't belittle me for asking simple things.
I went in 2 weeks ago to get some guidance on adding internal lighting to some model kits as I've never done it before. The staff spent 20 minutes to explain how it all works and what I would need. He walked me throughout the store pointing out each part and showing me examples of how others had used them to light their kits.
I think the owner sets the price based on how much it's selling for at online retailers. I used to compare the prices for their kits to how much I could find them on eBay or Amazon and they were usually almost identically priced.
They started carrying Gundam kits within the last year and while they don't have an extreme selection, they do carry some of the newer kits. They stocked the Real-Grade Epyon almost immediately after it was released.”
“I'm new to the RC world and they gave me the best customer service you can ever ask for. The owner is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The employees are extremely friendly and are fellow hobbyist. If your interested in getting into FPV and are in the area I completely recommend shopping here than an online store.”

“The service that I received at Michael's was excellent. I went there the other day the frame manager Michelle helped me with a project that I'm working on. I am trying to make a chunky blanket and couldn't seem to follow the YouTube video very well she took her time and worked with me. She also had some patterns for me to use And helped me with some yarn selection for future chunky blankets. Plus, Michelle told me that if I had any questions, I was welcome to call her and welcome to come back for her assistance. I can't believe how kind and welcoming she was and how helpful she was if I could, I would give her a raise, but I'm not the manager or corporate, in addition, she also let me make a little videotape for myself on my cell phone so I could remind myself how she made the chunky blanket. It was spectacular and I will be going back there again to look for some more yarn. Thanks to Michelle. What a wonderful experience as a customer, she is so helpful and so interested in what she's doing. So unlike my retail experience, sometimes going into other stores, we have a lot to learn about how to work with and help people. Thank you again to Michael's and a big thank you and a virtual hug to Michelle who helps solve my problemand made my day honestly. Kind regards to you all.”
“Just want to give a shout out to Vince in the framing department. I needed professional help transferring a new National Park art poster into an existing custom made frame that I had as part of a set of 12 frames. Normally, I would try to handle something like this on my own but since the previous piece of artwork that was in the frame had been professionally installed and the back of the frame had been professionally papered and wired for hanging, I wanted the new piece of artwork installed and finished the same way, therefore I wanted a professional to do this for me. I expected to have to leave my project at the store and retrieve it in a few days. Vince said it was a quick, easy task and that he had a few minutes and could take care of it right away. Within 5 minutes, he cleaned the glass in the frame, inserted the new artwork, put fresh backing paper on the frame to professionally finish the framing, and rewired it for hanging! The entire time he was friendly and casually chatted with me from his workroom while he went about his business. I couldn’t be more please with the quality of his work, the expediency of it, and his friendly “can do” nature. Thanks, Vince! Next time I have custom framing needs this is where I will return! (Please note, depending on how busy the framing department is with new and existing projects, you should expect to leave your project with them for a few days. I just got lucky and hit it on a day where my quick project could be handled while I waited, instead of having to leave as I was expecting I would have to do.)”

Beyond sweet and helpful she made this one of the best Michael's shopping experiences that I've had and I've shopped at Michael's my entire life but have never met someone so genuine. They have been 100% GREAT everytime I enter inside their store. Cat is the Store Manager and she goes way above and beyond, always having my comics ready when I walk in the door. Tony and Conner are great always knowledgeable in everything nerd. I will always get my books from Coliseum.”
