Have used HHAH for over 15 years. When I moved from the area, I would still driver over 25 minutes for their care. Professional, responsible pet care and boarding.

I have been using Hidden Hills Animal Hospital for over 30 years. Most of the time the experiences have been positive. Last year one of the techs made a disparaging remark about one of my dogs. I brought it to the attention of the vet and she brushed it off and did not even respond or apologize l. Today I called, during office hours, to see if I could bring my dog in because he was very ill. The response was you have to him to an ER - one that is 10 miles away rather then the vet which is 1 mile away. I questioned the response and the receptionist said that was the only option and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the office manager or leave a message for Dr Williams. I was told no one was in and that they did not have voicemail, the receptionist added I told you what to do and that is it and promptly hung up on me. Apparently being a longtime client means nothing nor does the wellbeing of my pet. I will be looking for a new vet after I take my dog the the ER.

Hidden Hills Animal Hospital has taken care of my cat his entire life with love and kindness. I am always able to set an appointment, my boy can be a bit cranky but they always treat him with care and never loose their patience with him. I am very happy with HHAH and would not go anywhere else.

My family and I have been using Hidden Hills Animal Hospital since the late 1980s for our various cats and dogs. Every single encounter with the vets, vet techs, and other persons working there has been exceptionally professional, kind, deeply caring and supportive. I think back to the times we have had to make the hardest decision for the benefit of our beloved pet(s) and remember most of all the loving arm around the shoulder and the silent and caring support that was provided at our toughest moment and the tear or two that they wipe from their own eye as they join us in our own sorrow. The vets and vet techs have been there too and because of that experience they are able and willing to provide the best support and kindness at our own toughest time. I can say with all certainty that you and your pet(s) will receive the very best care available at Hidden Hills Animal Hospital and you will never regret trusting the team at Hidden Hills with the care for your pet(s).
