what's the point of making reservations if no cars are available to reserve? You need to figure out your market and update your forecasting algorithms.
And then to be rude to customers about it! Completely Unprofessional and in need of Corporate level involvement to address.

I had a reservation booked through my employer’s travel site. I was due to join the vessel today. However, when I visited the location to pick up my rental, a sign was on the door stating that an associate would return shortly. They never showed up. There were a couple of people standing outside. One person stated that they had been waiting for 20 minutes. I waited outside for close to a hour. In the interim, I called the number they provided and received no answer. I called the travel agency while waiting and switched my rental to another company. This location should be shut down due to its’ high level of unprofessionalism. Their lack of integrity caused a huge inconvenience.

Accepted my reservation on line. No one answers the phone and the place was locked when I got dropped off. They left me stranded. Enterprise can and picked me up. Called the corporate number and they couldn't care less. Not so much as a sorry.

Reservation for 12pm pick up. Phone number doesn’t work. No one’s in office. I’m here at 11:55 and no one is here.
Least they could do is let someone know.

Showed up at 8:30 for my car rental. Online and door says that they open at 8am. Door was locked. No employee was present and no direct line to call. Called Hertz customer service and they said they would let the location owner know, but at 9am no one arrived.

Unfortunately another location was out of cars not due to Hertz’s fault. Meagan was super nice and was able to get me on the road quick.

Impressive on Management's part to have minimum staff. Service and staff are incredible but management needs to figure out having more than one person on shift is a good thing and having one person for 6 people (not to mention they have to service tires, clean vehicles while answering the phone, and helping folks) is a bad look

Made a reservation online and received a confirmation. Received a reminder confirmation the day before pick up. Drove down there the day of and was told they have no cars, even though I had a reservation. Apparently, this happens all the time because corporate thinks it's a good idea to make reservations by entire areas and not individual offices. Poor business practice.

Nice people but VERY busy location. Even after online check in, it took over 30 minutes to get helped by the counter agent.
