Horrible lines to wait. No one else in the building will help with rentals when they are backed up. 2 ladies doing rentals with a line of 10 people and 3 salesmen and 1 manager sitting around doing nothing! What kind of business practice is this? Horrible! The manager wouldn't even look at the line, less acknowledge it. The manager of Hertz sucks and needs to get out of his office and do some real work.

The girl that answers the phone and sits by the entrance is musty and rude. I called multiple times being placed on hold and then hung up on.. then she finally stays on the phone and I let her know I called to see what they had available if I wanted to rent there and she starts by saying they don't offer same day reservations, ok cool...didn't ask that.. I ask about another day and she said the wrong day, says she's having trouble hearing me then places me back on hold and hangs up the phone. Then I go in to inquire and she is just stinking up the whole area 🤮 she smells so musty as if there was no shower or deodorant on and so is her attitude as well as her service. Needs to be fired if that's what represents Hertz. Never again while she's there. That just tells me the cars smell just like that if not worse. They clearly do not care for cleanliness here.

So very rude and all though I put in a reservation for an SUV they advised me when I arrived that they did not have any SUV's. No even called to make me aware nor did they even try to make accommodations for me to get another vehicle. I will stay with enterprise, where they are always friendly and willing to work with you. NEVER COMING BACK.

Your wait is very long for check in and check out. The Camry I was given got phoneminal gas mileage tho.
