I wish I read the reviews before I came there. That made my dog suffer from pain two weeks, prescribed him million of medications for tons of money. He had problem with his eye. But luckily today, after a second visit yesterday, they called me to check on my dog, and, when I said, he is not feeling better, they said "sounds good", I understood, I'm in trouble, and run to another place. There I was told just to wash the eye, and it opened immediately. It was just something physically disturbing him, and simple warm water helped at ones. He started eating and playing, while yesterday he was cry from pain. No medication was needed. Instead of pretend you care, just care, ok?

Staff is always so polite. They never try to tell me to do anything that isn't ACTUALLY needed. Makes me feel very good to know I can trust these people with my pups. I drive 30 minutes past multiple vet offices much closer to me, just to go to River City Veterinary Hospital.

This veterinarian hospital is really good, they always give estimates so I always know how much procedures are going to cost and that's really necessary right now with everything being so expensive! The staff is great! One of my dogs are a little challenging but they are so understanding and good with her.

Everyone there was absolutely amazing! The front desk even called today to follow up and make sure he was doing okay after his shots. Affordable and the staff is fantastic. They just gained a forever client for all my fur babies.

Wonderful place! All of the staff members are super friendly, are always so excited to see my babies, and take such good care of them! My concerns are always heard and they try their best to work with you. They fit you in within a reasonable time and their prices are fair. Would recommend to anyone!

I had never used this establishment before but called them when I had an emergency with my dog. They got me in quickly and were wonderful. They took her back quickly and were so good with her. They worked with me on the course of treatment, giving me two options. This is one of the friendliest places I have ever been. I will definitely return and will refer to everyone.

My first experience with River city vet hospital was years ago when they loved on my first pup lollie...and now they have welcomed my pup Memphis unto their family. I drive 35 minutes, pass numerous other vets to come here because of their care and compassion for our fur babies!!!! I highly recommend, excellent service and care, affordable pricing!!!!!

Excellent customer service. Kind and caring staff (every one of them ). And they will not try to spend your savings for you with tactics to make you feel guilty. I mean ..this is my BFF we are talking about…!Pluto’s Doc has never suggested I spend more than is reasonable - no sales pitches for a health insurance policy which would pay for the radiology imaging (that she & I both know would be nice to look at - but will not extend his life)
