I had an amazing experience at Take 5! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They managed to change my oil and cabin filter in exactly 5 minutes, which was impressive. The service was efficient without sacrificing quality. I'll definitely be coming back for all my future car maintenance needs!

Listen, this is now my son's car. YOU put on the last oil filter and NOW two times when my son went to you location, he was told your professional oil changing crew could not get the oil filter off ..the oil filter YOU put on. He is going to a real mechanic in Tuesday and if you messed it up so bad that your own technicians can't get the filter off...we will have words. If you messed up the threads or whatever the issue is, you are accountable. Someone from your internet department will comment "sorry you had a bad experience" and take no further action. That is not customer service, it is leaving your customer in the lurch. If you want to make it right, DO IT!

I was there 45 minutes waiting while the two workers were talking to a girl that pulled up so i left!! I will not go back there again !!!!

I had a great experience changing my oil at this location. I originally went to the Beach Blvd one, which is where I typically change my oil. Unfortunately, they were out of filters until next week so I decided to try this location and I’m glad I came. CJ and DJ helped me. The service was fast and they were nice answering all my questions. I wish all the locations had workers like them. Ill come to this location from now on. Keep the great work and positive attitude! ??

The man lied to me about an active work order on my car to up charge me when I asked for conventional oil instead of synthetic. Service was 15+ minutes which isn’t really much better than a regular place that charges less. Guy mixed up my receipt with someone else’s and I had to remind him to give me my ticket for the next oil change when he forgot. Would not recommend

My experience was very pleasant. The manager and the worker was very kind and knowledgeable of everything that was going on with the oil change. They also check my other fluids in my car. They offered to help me with anything else that I thought may be wrong with the car and they were just very overall helpful friendly. It was a quick process. I definitely will be making that my location for my oil change. I think pretty much. I need oil change every two or three months so that will be my place for my Routine oul changes ,excellent customer service very friendly manager very friendly worker .

All of the guys that were taking care of my car were very sweet and friendly. C.J. offered us waters as soon as we pulled into the garage. Service was quick, even though he tried his hardest to get me to add on services, and they even cleaned my windshield for me. All in all, if I am on that side of town again and need any of the services that are offered, I would go to Take 5 first.

I went here, because my coolant light came on. I got an oil change. Took nearly 40 minutes, understandable. There was only one person working. The guy tells me my fluids are at a "safe level". I leave, light immediately comes on. Strange right? I end up pulling over on the side of the road a day later and had to have help from a by passer who luckily had coolant on them. So why lie? He even said he noticed a slow leak, so why wouldn't you top it off? It was BONE DRY. I had to fill it myself. Guess what? No more light. This JUST happened. It does NOT leak that fast. I PAID for incomplete services. Just extremely disappointed and upset that you literally cannot trust anyone to actually do their job. Dude would've let my engine bust in this heat. Never returning to this location.
