John was our salesperson and made the whole experience of furniture shopping enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and not pushy. I wish we had started at Havertys first--we would have saved a lot of time.

John was very helpful. However, they didn't have what we were looking for at the time. The store was nice and what they have is very good quality.
