I purchased 4 items, all on sale and all with correct UPC/tags. One of my items rang up at a little over $5 more than it was supposed to be. Customer Service was permanently closed with a sign, so I had to ask several different employees. When I was pointed to the manager, he pointed me to someone else... I felt like a pinball during an active game. to top it off, the lady that helped me said, "You have to enter your (frequent customer) number." which I had obviously already done since I received the frequent customer only discount on 3 out of my 4 items. Why the general manager made the decision to close customer service instead of having someone stationed there also running a register, But I'm sure it's the same manager that I talk to who clearly didn't have a clue. I've tried to email Harvey's customer service, but they've been completely unhelpful. lots of closed businesses and this little strip mall. I'm sure the residents in this community are happy to have any kind of grocery store, but this is definitely one of those that should be closed.

I go to this store every week lately the quality of the produce has went down tremendously yesterday I was there to buy a bag of the SunKist oranges and there were bags of Oranges that had green mold on them I'm so disappointed because I'm not understanding why the Managers are not keeping up with Produce making sure that all fruit and vegetables are fresh this is disheartening to ppl to shop here every week.They need to switch Managers in the produce Department because it's ridiculous.

They have the worst customer service and management does nothing to improve it, management is the worst..one lady manager walks around doing nothing cause she thinks she #1 is cute #2, she needs supervision herself. And you can complain or explain..she dismisses it.Prices are always great
