“I was looking for a store to sharpen garden tools and called around to many stores. Oceanway Hardware was recommended. I called and received a competitive price. It took me a week to visit and I’m glad I did! This really nice, tall gentleman (Raymond-owner) walked out and made us feel welcomed. He listened to what we needed and his brother had my tools sharpened in about 10 to 15 mins. As we were waiting for tools to be sharpened, Raymond engaged us in a wonderful conversation on the history of the hardware store. The customer service we experienced was excellent and we plan on visiting again along with recommending to our friends!”

Customer service is impeccable. Ryan the store manager will treat you like family, and do everything in his ability to make sure you get what you need and leave happy. He will take the time to explain how any item in the store works to you as he has a great amount of experience. The brother is hard working and has heart of gold, and is the prime example of what a manager should be. He leads the store with experience and warmth, making shopping here an enjoyable experience. If anyone needs to go to a hardware store for anything, make sure you come here first. Would give 100 stars if I could.”

“I've been a customer of Harbor Freight for a while now, and I've gotta say, they're doing things right. Their selection of tools and equipment is solid, and the prices are pretty reasonable. But what really stands out is their lifetime warranty policy with several of their tools. It's nice to know that if something breaks, I can get it replaced without any hassle. And their loyalty program is pretty great too - discounts and exclusive access to sales? Yes, please! I've been eyeing a new drill press lately, and Harbor Freight's got some great options. Heavy-duty, durable, and affordable, with a lifetime warranty to boot. I'm definitely gonna be shopping there again.”

“This Ace Hardware is a gem! I went to 3 big box hardware stores across town looking for an item they claimed to have in stock, with no luck. I just so happened to call Ace Hardware and an associate went to check the shelves and guaranteed the item was there and held it for me! They had everything I needed and much more. The bonus is, this location is open until 8pm, an hour later than most other hardware stores. Thank you Proctor Ace!”

“I took a woodworking course at the Jacksonville, FL Rockler store and cannot say enough positive things about the experience. My teacher, John, was excellent and walked me through the process of creating a cutting board over two sessions. I subsequently, made five more boards in my home workshop. I purchased a Triton planer from Rockler with John's assistance. The tool is a great addition to my modest garage shop. Every staff member was helpful. I look forward to future courses and being a loyal customer of this quality business.”
