They’re all about selling the car, but God forbid you need help after you sell the car and want your money back from your extended warranty. I gave them a great review and right now. I am so disappointed. Do not do business with them because after the fact, they’re not gonna support you.!

I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5. Received a good deal and now I know why. I should have taken it to a reputable Audi repair shop as I would have learned it need about $7,000 worth of work. Was provided assurances by the sales manager that their service department would find anything that was wrong with it. Apparently they didn’t get the memo as all they did was an oil change, replaced the tires with a super cheap Chinese brand, and did nothing else. Foolish me for trusting an Audi dealership! They say buyer beware. With this place buyer should just avoid. And yes I’ve filed a review with Audi USA. We will see where that gets us. And I did reach out by email to the general manager and never heard back. Lucky for us we won’t use this car much so I don’t mind doing repairs over time. Or I’ll just trade it in. Time will tell.

Everything was great when we got the car, brand new off the lot. But then not even 3yrs after having the Santa Fe the compressor goes out, no AC for a few weeks because we all know you can never get an appointment right away. Repair was covered under warranty thank GOD because that cost would have been high. Thanks to Sherman for looking into this!! Here’s the problem not even six months later we have no AC again and instead of expediting our service, we are on a list to be serviced. We are now 4 weeks without AC in Florida in our almost brand new car. No loaners because I everyday we are told that we have 20 people ahead of us, so I am to assume NO cars are being fixed! Terrible customer service! So here we are going into week 5 no AC and moving our daughter into college, hence not wanting to or have the expense of a rental. Maybe they can stop by car note payments….. After it is all said and done it will be 6 weeks with no AC in 100+ temperatures in Florida in our car! #pissedthehelloff

It's frustrating when commercials have an annoying element that makes them hard to tolerate, especially when they are frequently played. Hanania advertisements will have a significant impact as to where I would buy a vehicle from and it certainly wouldn’t be there.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, specifically with the whole Jack Hanania GROUP. a few months ago I was shopping around for a car, worked numbers and when it came down to seeing it all on paper, I saw a 3000 package plan that is completely useless to you when you have FULL coverage insurance, for the life of them would not take it off for me when I told them I DO NOT need it. They were doing everything under the sun to get me to buy the car, lower the price of the car, gave me more for my trade in, I didn’t want ANY of that! I just wanted the package removed! I even dealt with different sales reps all within that group and none of them would just take it off! This all happened a few months ago, I never ended up buying the car! Call me stubborn but I will not pay for a package that has ZERO benefits to me as a consumer. I am going to try to look for a car again today but just reminiscing on this experience reminded me that I need to leave this review so other car buyers on the market can be AWARE. Stay away!!!

Their TV advertising is annoying. Often airing twice in the same commercial break with a loud, high-pitched and annoying "Hanania!" at the start of each commercial. Yes, the commercials are memorable but for a highly negative reason.

This is an old school car sales people, they will hustle you for every penny. Ended up purchasing somewhere else just for the experience alone and saved me some money in the process. Only come to them with real offers from other dealers, otherwise they will overcharge you for their cars.

Had my Encore serviced this morning. Trey was in charge of it - he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I was lucky to have him, and so is Hanania!

This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was a great experience. My salesperson Andrew Risko has been contacting me since August 2023 but I kept putting it off until finally our family SUV seemed to be needing retirement. Andrew went above and beyond to find me something stylish, affordable, and dependable since I’m soon due baby #2. Hooked me up with a dang there loaded 2013 VW Tiguan @81kmiles. Due to wires crossing no fault to him they were super gracious to let us keep our suv instead of doing a trade and they even crunched more numbers to give me an even lower monthly payment. Andrew will be our go-to guy for our next vehicle purchase for stepdaughter soon!!!

Around May of 2022 I purchase a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe from Infinity of Orange Park, car had 99158 miles. Since then, it has been in the shop at Hyundai of Orange Park on 4 different occasions for routine maintenance to major engine work.
10/30/22 - had the car for about 146 days/5934 miles driven - CVVT / Crankshaft repairs.
11/27/22 - 28 days/1008 miles later engine no start.
3/31/23 - 124 days/5486 miles later brought in for inspection and routine maintenance. No engine issues reported.
10/3/2023 - 186 days/7658 miles later. Engine trouble again, they listed. most of the same repairs they did the previous Oct. They took it out to test drive after their repairs and the car died after they made whatever repair they are telling me they made. Now it needs a whole new engine.
The warranty I was sold at Infinity won’t cover the repairs /Hyundai won’t assist with the repair and neither will Hanania (Which owns both the place I purchased the car and the location that services the car.)
I just retired after almost 25 years in the service, I'm on a tight budget and this car is for the youngest of my 4 children he uses it to get to his college classes and work. Even so while i was waiting to hear if the warranty was going to cover the repair, I told the service department to please give me a quote in case I had to borrow money for the repair.
They didn't even bother to do that. For most of the time the car has been in the shop, we were down a car, no loaners available, understandable. We finally got one a few weeks back. Suddenly, we get a call to bring the loaner back and come get out car! That was a message delivered by a runner, my "SERVICE REP" I guess was busy and couldn't get on the phone. I asked if the car was repaired and they just said no, they didn't have the quote for me they just said come get this.
So now right before the holidays back down a car, the repair shop that has done all these "ENGINE" repairs now tells me I need to buy a new engine, after it completely gave out after "you" fixed it last OCT.
After more research, not on the carfax, but on an invoice from INFINITY themselves before I purchased the car they noted engine knocking, but mentioned nothing of it and reported it nowhere else.
Finally, I call Infinity to ask how they fixed the "knocking" they noted, they stated "WE don't work on Hyundai's" ok so I ask who did, Hyundai of Orange Park that who.
How does a company so large with dealerships in Florida and all the way up to PA, manage to not be able to rectify an issue like this.
The longest my son has been able to operate this car without having to bring it to the shop 7,658 miles and 186 days.
