Been going for over 17 yrs. Fair price for length of original hair. Wash, cut and blowdry. Minimal wait, clean, good work. Hair sylist friendly and did her work. Phones answered quickly. Guests greeted and scheduled. Chairs hard but the goal is not to be in them long waiting to be called. I like my hair cut and will be back as needed. Overall good location and kind staff. I hope they open a location by the new Publix on Chaffee and Normandy because I hate that traffic by 295. Yes, I would give this branch and team a good review.

I absolutely LOVE my haircut. I took a gamble and landed in the chair of Darcy A and I couldn’t be happier!!! I’ve been searching for the right stylist for this hairstyle and I finally found them!!! Thank you so much Darcy!!! I super glad I found you!! The photos were taken a few days after and I haven’t even brushed my hair. I woke up looking this good!! ?

Miss Pam went above and beyond the valued services and skill set that I’ve come to expect from this business, I’ve never had a bad experience but this haircut is by far one of the best ever given from any stylist of this location. The store is always very clean, orderly, there’s just a buzz of happiness and people truly enjoying their work once you walk inside. Thank you miss Pam!!! I also a bit thank you to Mr. Brett for his wonderful teaching and management of each member of his staff!!

First time at hair cuttery and last. Took my 7 yr old in to get a haircut at the normandy blvd location. He wanted a mohawk. To be honest it was going to be a bit of a challenge because he has tight curls and he is a kid, so he can sit still but not super still. Within the first 3 mins you could tell the hairdresser Darcy was getting super frustrated. She left to go to the back room and was talking to someone then bangs her head against the door and comes back to finish the cut. At the end, I was very disappointed with how it turned out. It doesn't even look like a mohawk at all. I couldn't express my dissatisfaction with the cut there at the store because my I didn't want to let my kid know I didn't like his haircut. I did tell her when I was paying that I was concerned in the beginning of the haircut because i saw her take out her frustration in the back room. She did apologize and said something about her day with previous cuts and didn't have a hairpick readily available for my kids hair. Regardless, very unprofessional.

Karen was simply amazing! Great cut and very personable! The stylist next to us, I think her name was Tori, deserves a shout out too; very friendly and made me laugh. Will definitely be back!

Stylist: My stylist was Karen Rhodes, she is a very skilled barber and is very knowledgeable about her craft. She is a great person and a great barber.
