We called Griffis Gas after having a different gas company for 35 years. They let our gas run out and were in no hurray to help us with it. We called Griffis Gas and Mel answered the phone and she had all the answers. They came out the same day with a gas tank. Excellent customer service. We are so glad we changed!

I spoke with (Junor) Mike today. I had to replace the batteries in my Gas Fireplace. I could not get the pilot light to ignite. I was very frustrated and thought about lighting the pilot with a match.I first called Griffis Gas. Mike listened to my situation and calmly and professionally walked me through reconnecting the wire needed to ignite the pilot. In today's world customer service has become very frustrating, but today Junior proved that all companies are not the same. Thank You

This is a great company! I’ve used a different company for the past ten years and was overcharged like crazy. When I found Griffis, the people there were easy to talk to, always answered the phone, very helpful and straight forward. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would. Junior, Mel and Alex are wonderful people and I’m a proud and happy customer thanks to them. Highly recommend this company for propane gas!

THANK YOU Griffis Gas??? finally free of Amerigas extortion, experience and total lack of care and customer service. Griffis gave us a better shaped tank that takes up a third of the space of Amerigas’s tank!! Saves us $2.00 a gallon on gas and is locally here with the best employees who have great customer service and excellent experience ? Blake was our installer and he was terrific to work with. He went out of his way to work with me on placement and kept a great attitude with a smile and friendly responses even in this August heat!

absolutely horrific customer service. They took my equipment, shut off my gas. I have not had hot water for showers and it’s freezing. Also the stove doesn’t work either. They said they would come out, for this emergency, and called me back 6 hours later to say I owed them money so they weren’t coming. I paid half yesterday. These people are animals. I’d recommend ANYONE but them!

Griffis Gas dug up the old propane tank in our front yard, installed their tank and left the old tank in our front yard. Not responsive / no sense of urgency to remove the old tank.

Junior came out on Christmas Eve and saved our holiday!! Our gas company, which was on automatic fill, had not come for 6 months, which we did not realize. We returned home Christmas Eve from a trip up north to find out our propane was empty and our company didn’t answer the phone-Griffis came right out with an emergency tank and was amazing! We are absolutely switching to Griffis!!

The service we received from Reno this afternoon was nothing stop of stellar!!! He was quickly able to troubleshoot our gas leak and fix it in an extremely professional manner!

Ran out of propane with Amerigas (they never filled the tank when requested a few weeks earlier). Put in an emergency request Thursday morning and was promised a 24 hour expedited delivery. That never happened by 4pm Friday. Called locally owned and operated Griffis Gas. Renno was dispatched at 6pm (less than TWO hours later) on a FRIDAY night and installed a temporary tank so we had hot water. That is the service I would hope for and as a result, on Monday switched my account to them. Within a week, Amerigas’ tank will be dug up and Griffis put in. Thank you Griffis for your emergency response and reliable customer service.Crazy part of the story… cancelled my Amerigas delivery and service on Saturday. Then on Tuesday received a text that my emergency delivery was “successful” leaving me another mess I have to deal with.

I’ve been using Griffis for years. Today I ran out gas.The GM Mike T. contacted me, came over to the house, changed my gauge, installed a monitor that has a companion app and I’m all set. We all make mistakes but the mark of great company is the ability to listen and respond.I highly recommend Griffis, they are such a gas ?

Griffins gas has exceptional personnel that treat you like family, regardless of how many times you call. We moved from out of state and began the process of getting a propane gas tank buried at the new home in Fernandina Beach. The process was smooth and easy even not being in Florida, all due to the folks at Griffins! Everything they said they would do was done! Griffins even worked with the contractor to lay and bury the gas line prior to driveway being completed.Mel who works the phones in service is an absolute pleasure to speak to! Always helpful and very accommodating. Chris, the tech who came out and measured was awesome in getting things done and working with the home builder. Michael, the hookup tech and Hazel, who buried the tank were exceptional and very resourceful!If you don’t go with Griffins Gas, you will make a big big mistake!!!Thank you Griffins!
